lexi and nick were sitting down backstage just scrolling on their phones.
"what the hell is up with you and chris?" nick asked breaking the silence catching lexis attention.
she looked up at him with raised eyebrows. "what do you mean?" she asked.
"i don't know, maybe the fact that he was a total dick to you for a week and then out of nowhere you guys stop talking?" nick said now raising his eyebrows at her.
"nothing. i just told him i was fed up. and since that squabble we just haven't talked. we'll eventually get over it." she said with a shrug, hopefully they would get over it but she had no clue.
"that's a lie." nick stated sternly.
"what?"
"you're a terrible liar, lex. what's going on?" he insisted.
"nothing i swear!" she exclaimed with a laugh.
"mhm. i'll get to the bottom of it so you better tell me now." nick stated.
she rolled her eyes.
