Yoongi took a deep breath as he approached the closed door. He had sprinted out of his room to avoid his current nurse from catching him.

Hoseok had been a lovely distraction to keep Jungkook busy since he was the one supervising them. Taehyung wouldn't get there until later, which was perfect for Yoongi.

Of course running had made Yoongi short of breath so he had to do breathing techniques to get as much as possible. He cheekily smiled once he realized that the clown guy hadn't arrived yet.

When he walked through the door, the children instantly greeted him by waving excitedly. They rushed to hug him and he gladly returned the embrace.

Since he couldn't really go out anywhere he often came to the pediatric floor. The children seemed to like his company and he liked the distraction.

Nayeon was in the corner of the room watching him slowly approach her once the children returned to where they were sitting.

"You managed to escape from Taehyung? Astonishing."

"Of course love. I've got my ways." He teased
trying to sound cool though his breathing was heavy.

The nagging cough that followed it wasn't so pleasing either. It took him a few seconds to stop the coughing spell. Good thing he had brought a mask.

"Clearly. You're so short winded. Are you sure your oxygen is on?"

Yoongi closed his eyes briefly and took deep breaths in. Living with his condition had taught him certain tricks that aided him at times like this.

Once he settled his breathing down from disastrous to mediocre he turned his portable oxygen off and slid down his nasal prongs.

"What are you doing?" Nayeon asked as he stuck his tubing into the small black bag.

"Taking it off. I can't make fun of the clown dude if I'm wearing that. He won't take me seriously."

"Uh huh. The guy in a clown costume needs to take you seriously. Don't you find that ironic?"

"Nope."

"You need your oxygen! You were just breathing heavily."

"I'm fine. I've learned that I can actually go without it for twenty minutes. Give or take."

Nayeon pulled out a pulse oximeter from her pocket and stuck it on one of his fingers. She frowned, "Your O2 is fluctuating between 84 and 85. You need it."

He pulled his finger away, "I like it better when cute grumpy Tzuyu is here instead of you. She doesn't check my O2."

Nayeon stuck her tongue out, "And you wanted us to date?"

He laughed and was about to say something when the door opened. He spotted the guy walking in with a full face of clown makeup and a colorful polka dot costume.

"I promise I'll be okay. I won't die." He whispered as he snuck towards the front row.

"Hey I'm watching you and I see you struggle I will shove that nasal cannula so far up your—"

Yoongi continued to move ignoring her bickering.
Jimin was dreading every second of being in the costume and when he saw the pale looking dude sitting in the front row he was horrified.

It was obvious he'd show up for this humiliation. He was the one that started this to begin with. He decided to push all of that to the side and smiled waving at the enthusiastic children.

"Hey guys! How are we doing today?"

"Good!" They responded in unison.

"I bet so. I'm very excited to be here today and make you all smile."
