Chapter 7

Neil is overwhelmed with the love he is receiving from these girls, whom he saved... out of the impulsive decision he made in his emotional state that day. He always had this guilt that the consequences of his decision is borne by his bhabhi. But that doesn't mean he regret it neither yesterday nor today.

Bhai..aapka naam kya hai?...questioned a girl.... Neil... he answered.

Neil Bhaiya...Akshu didi kaha hai?...questioned another girl. Neil...stood silent. Hum tab se didi ko call kar rahe the lekin call hi nahi lagraha hai...Akshu didi nahi aayi aap ke saath....

All the family members stood silently, as they have no answers to any of their questions. Just then the a middle aged woman approached them.

The girls dragged Neil towards the woman and said...Amma...ye hi hai humara super hero jis ne Akshu didi ke saath hame uss din bachaya tha.

That woman approached Neil, creased his hair and blessed him. Neil smiled at her.

Bhaiya aap yahi rahe humne aap keliye kuch banaya tha leke aayenge...saying all the girls rushed inside.

Once all the girls left, the woman turned to Neil joined both her hands and said...unn bacche ko bachane keliye danyawaad beta. Neil immediately held her hands and spoke...nahi nahi aunty aap haath mat jodiye aap mujhse bade hai.

She smiled...umar mein tumse badi hu beta, lekin jo kaam aap ne uss din kiya tha woh bahut badi hai....anaath bacche hai beta...agar unne kuch hua tho unkeliye aawaaj utane wala koi nahi hoga...aur woh bacche mar bhi gayi naa unke liye aasu bahane waala bhi nahi hoga...iss hisabse jo bhi aap ne kiya woh aap ko hum sabse badi parak miltha hai.

Tears rolled from Neil's eyes listening to the woman's words. Wiping his tears she continued ...uss din aap aur Akshu beti ne pura 37 bacche ki jindagi bachaya hai aur unn bacche ki dua hamesha aap aur Akshu beti par bani rahegi she kept her hand on his head.

Just then the girls rushed back each with a beautifully wrapped boxes in their hands. Neil bhaiya aap Akshu didi ko bulana...hum ne aap dono keliye apni haatho se kuch banaya tha...aap dono ko saath mein dethe hai...tho didi ko bulana they asked Neil.

Seeing Neil unable to answer their questions, Harsh intervened saying...aapki Akshu di yeha nahi...aapki didi ko vapas aneme bahut din lagega.

Girls were disappointed, but Amma said...Koi nahi... aap apke Neil bhaiya ko dedena, woh inn gifts ko aapki Akshu didi tak pahunchega.

They filled Neil's hands saying...Bhaiya aap didi ko bhi dedena...aur jab woh wapas ayegina tab humse jaroor milwa lena.

I promise....jab aapke Akshu didi wapas ayegi, tab mein unhe apne saath leke aungi aap sab se milne....said Neil.

Saying goodbyes....the Gorila's left to the BH. The ride through out is silent as various thoughts are running in their minds some with guilt, some with pride.

I feel so proud of u beta...said Manjari keeping hand on Neil's cheek. Haa Neil maa sahi keh rahi hai....said Aarohi.

Bahut nek kaam kiya hai beta....said Mimi. AG and Swarna nodded their heads in agreeing with Mimi's words. While Vansh and Mahima's family is disgusted and Abhimanyu felt guilty remembering how he treated Akshara.

Chalo beta...dekho toh sahi unn bacche ne tumhe kya diya...saying Manjari forwarded a gift towards Neil.

Neil looked at Manjari's face and then the beautifully wrapped gift in her hands. He just took the gift walked towards the puja room and kept it next to the God's statue and repeated the same with the other gifts too.
