1)after the war the pillars and lower ranked demons ( + kamaboko squad ) would always visit Yasus grave

2)whenever inosuke would feel down, he would visit yasus grave to talk about it. Like in the old days

3)after the war iguro started to take off his mask since Yasu had once told him that he would look better with out it

4)Muichiro still remembers clearly how to do different origamis that Yasu  had thought him

5)after nezuko turned into human, Tanjiro would always tell her stories of Yasu

6)in the modern era, there was a statue of Yasu. Since she was the hero who saved everyone from demons. Every day, demon slayer and villagers would always visit it and leave gifts and stuff for her. Same for her grave

7)yasus crow ( suki ) eventually died of sadness a week later after yasus memorial

8)till this day, yasus body ( corpse ) is still laying down in the infinity castle after war

9)suki was able to take her haori when she left, inosuke was the one who kept it. He still wears it, everyday

10)after the war mitsuri cut her hair off very short, keeping it long reminded her of Yasu

11)Giyuu started smiling and talking more for yasus sake ( since that's what she wanted him to do )

12)sanemi still has nightmares of Yasu

13)sanemi still has the hair pin and letter(s) that Yasu gave him. He treasures them a lot and makes sure they don't get ripped or damaged ( and makes sure the hair pin doesn't get dirty )

14)the pillars would always have dinner with the ubuyashiki family. They made a sit for Yasu with a portrait ( picture / photo ) of her

15)the pillars buried yasus crow ( suki ) right next to her ( yasus grave )

16)when Yasu was reborn she was reborn in the modern era. Suki was also reborn. Yasu had a pet parrot named suki ( which it was them ) but sadly they don't remember each other or their past at all

17)eventually, everyone was reborn in the modern era and become friends. Though they don't remember each other, they will create even more happier and great memories together in this life time were there's no demons

18)sanemi and Yasu did end up together. Like she promised him

19)when Yasu and douma were little kids they would always play in the snow. One time Yasu rolled up into a snow ball so douma started calling her that. He wrote it down in his fan so he would never forget about her, when they both died, he still had that same fan he wrote yasus nickname in

20)Yasu actually went to hell with her older brother, her mother and father told her to follow her heart which she did

21)in the modern era, Yasu and her past family became family again.
