Soohe was traumatizing Taerae with random stories about how she always gets injured in the most random way possible, the more she talked the more he was getting paranoid on how she could've experienced this again if he wasn't enough careful to prevent it to happen.

"stop telling him these things you're traumatizing him"
Wonyoung tried to stop her seeing how flabbergasted taerae was.

Soohe looked back at taerae realising how she wasn't even filtering her words just saying the most outrageously detailed stories of her breaking her bones, and kinda felt bad.

it wasn't a big deal for him but still wanted to give a reaction cause yk... attentions

so he kinda maintained that freshly unlocked trauma expression and went away with it because soohe actually thought he was genuinely traumatized and panicky reassured him that her bones were fine now

she carefully rubbed his shoulders looking in his still "traumatised" face not noticing his ears turning bright red

"you never broke a bone taerae?"
then she asked and his mind went blank. if he did then he didn't remember... maybe one time? but nothing serious he fell while on roller skates and fractured his elbow, he had to use a cast for 20 days
(this actually happened to me lol, actually that's better like that cause if I didn't fell that time i would've been ran over by a car💀 literally broke my elbow to save my ass)

"just one time, on my elbow, you can kinda feel it more pointy than the other"
(again this is actually true my right elbow is now more pointy than the left one and every time I stretch my arm it cracks🚶)
he said while she grabbed his arm just to feel his elbow, she was so curious about it cause she never broke her elbow and her other broken bones don't feel different from how they were before.

"damn, does it hurt more than the other when you bump it into something?"
she asked curiously after stopping touching his elbow realising how weird it was

"kinda, shouldn't you already know it? you broke so many bones i think you would already know something like this"
he said relaxing his back on the wall looking at her trying to act cool

"never broke my elbow... i kinda wanna know how it feels..."
she said looking down thinking

"don't even."
he said knowing what she was thinking

"oh trust me you have no idea what i was thinking, and no i'm not gonna break it on purpose cause it won't work"
she said going beside him and resting her back on the wall with him looking up at his face to look at his features

she stood there mesmerised by his visual while he was having an existential chrysis on why she was staring at him like she wanted to stab him.

so he decided to stare back at her with her same energy

they stood there for a minute

"are we gonna stare at each other like two idiots?"
she said wondering why he just stared back and didn't ask why she was looking at him in the first place

"idk you started"
he was chill about it nothing wrong with staring back at someone

"i was just admiring your face"
the way she said it like it's not a big deal made Taerae's heart stop for a bit

"your side profile is pretty i wish i was as pretty as you"
she continued triggering something on Taerae's brain

"nope I won't except you saying this, you already are pretty."
now it wasn't the part who had a crush on her talking, it was the part of him that didn't like when people dragged themselves down even tho they looked beautiful in his eyes.
