Nakatitig lang ako sa salamin habang inaayusan ako ni Elisa at ni Joanette. Today is my baptism. Right after I had breakfast with the emperor yesterday, he sent me all the things I would need for the ceremony. Including this white dress and veil. I don't like this outfit.

Sumakay na kami at nagsimulang lumarga ang carriage. Dahil sa temple gagawin ang ceremony at medyo may katagalan pa bago kami makarating doon,tumunganga lang ako sa labas ng bintana. Kanina pa ata napapansin nila Joanette at Elisa na tahimik lang ako.

"Your Highness?" biglang tawag sa akin ni Joanette. Hindi ata siya mapakali sa katahimikan ko.

"I actually kind of feel uneasy. Are you truly going to get baptized this time? If so, then we would be the happiest, but..." pagsisimula niya.

"But?"

"You're being quiet. It makes me wonder if you're going to do something." Ningitian ko lang si Joanette sa sinabi. Of course, I'm planning of doing something.

I noticed that we had reached the intersection. I opened the tiny window to communicate with the coachman and ordered Chef Gibbon to turn left.

"Why are we turning left? The temple is on the right way." Joanette.

"There's no way we are going to the temple. We are going to have an excursion today, so Chef Gibbon, make haste to the famous Linmer Lake." Hahahaha!

"Yes, Your Highness", sagot ni Chef kaya wala nang nagawa si Joanette.

"I knew it. That's why you made me prepare a lot of food. Very clever, Your Highness", rinig kong sabi ni Joyce sa labas. Inutusan ko kasi siyang mag-pack ng pagkain.

I am not going to get baptized today, Father. I am going to have a picnic at the lake. Bahala sila mamuti kakahintay sa akin sa temple. Haha! Tsaka, ayoko makita si cardinal.

Linmer Lake is a famous spot for picnics and for lovers to have a date. Ang ganda kasi ng view dito, yung tubig parang kumikinang-kinang pa. On regular days, medyo maraming tao dito, pero dahil halos ng tao ngayon ay nasa temple, masosolo namin ang lake ngayon. I chose the perfect day.
