Chapter 23: Heartbroken

Next day morning-
'Good morning' says Arlyn
'Morning' says Lorenzo
'Okay, at least he responded' thinks Arlyn
'Arlyn, do you remember what happened last night?' asks Lorenzo
'No I don't. Did we have..' Arlyn couldn't complete her sentence because Lorenzo cut of her in middle and 'Nope, I am not talking about sex Arlyn' says Lorenzo
'Ohk then what?' asks Arlyn
'Nothing, it's just that you drank too much wine yesterday and I took you to the room holding in my arms' says Lorenzo
'Oh okay' says Arryn
'By the way next week we are going to England' says Lorenzo
'For honeymoon?' asks Arlyn
'Nope, for some work and I want you to accompany me..you can even meet Marcus there!' says Lorenzo
'Of course I will' says Arlyn
'So you will come?' asks Lorenzo
'Yes I will my love' says Arryn
'Okay' says Lorenzo

Night-
The day passed by and it was night. Arryn was in her own work whereas Lorenzo was as on laptop working. When Arlyn's phone rings and she picks it up and,
'Aunt Erica?' says Arlyn on the phone
'Hello' calls out Arlyn again but no one answers and when she was about to cut the call, she hear voices. 'We need to her Charlie..please' says Erica
'Hello, aunt Erica. Tell me what do you want to tell me..aunt?' Says Arlyn
'Lorenzo I think something happened at my house..I need to go there' says Arlyn and grabs Lorenzo's attention. He got up from his place and went and stood next to Arlyn!
'What is happening?' asks Lorenzo
'I don't know..aunt Erica was trying to tell me but uncle Charlie didn't let her..I think something happened Lorenzo' says Arlyn
'Ari..you there?' asks Erik
'Yes, yes Erik..I am still on the line. Tell me what is going on there?' asks Arlyn putting the phone on speaker
'Aunt..aunt Arena..uncle..he' says Erik
'Erik, tell me what happened? What happened to mom?' asks Arryn controlling her emotions
'We are able to hear some voices from their room, glass breaking voices, I think he is bea..' Erik couldn't complete his sentence as Arlyn interrupts 'don't worry, I am coming there' says Arlyn and cuts the call

'I am going to my house' says Arlyn and was about to leave but Lorenzo hold her hand to stop her
'You are not going there?' says Lorenzo

'What? Why not? He's hurting my mom Lorenzo, let me go' says Arlyn

'No Aryln I am not letting you go anywhere; especially not in that house and risk your safety' says Lorenzo

'My safety? My mom's life is at risk and here you are worried about my safety. Nothing will happen to me..okay? Now please let go off my hand!' says Arlyn but he tightens his grip more

'I am sorry but I can't' says Lorenzo

'Let me go Lorenzo' says Arlyn pushing him

'I won't' says Lorenzo and pins her to wall, holding her both hands tightly to not let her go

'Why are you being violent Lorenzo? Why are you doing this? Let me go to my mom..please, I beg you. Let me go' says Arlyn crying but he doesn't responds

'Let my hands go off, you are hurting me Lorenzo' says Arlyn and he leaves her hand to see them, but she tries to run but he bypasses her quickly and holds her again, holding her from behind, he gets her in his harm and sits on the floor

'Are you mad? What are you trying to do? Do you think holding me and not letting me go will do me any good. My mom's life is at risk, not mine. At least do me a favour, go and save her please' says Arlyn

'I hate you Lorenzo. I fucking hate you for doing this. If something happens to my mom, I swear I will kill your with my own hands' says Arlyn hitting her head from behind on his chest but he still doesn't leaves her

Few hours later-
Lorenzo's POV-
'I am sorry Ari..for doing this to you. I know this is the biggest mistake I have ever made, but you don't have to worry, max must have already saved your mom from your dad. Yes, when I heard you worried on the call, I told max to go and check on your house and your mom is fine..he informed me and I told him to take her to the house I made for us' thinks Lorenzo

Author's POV-
They were still on the floor, Lorenzo was still holding her. Arlyn tried but she couldn't come out of his grip, after trying for a lot of time and crying in pain and hurt, she slept in his arms like a baby!!

Next day-
Arryn's POV-
I woke up finding myself on the bed, I look around and saw he wasn't in the room. I remember last nights scenes, whatever he did to me left me heartbroken, how could he do this to me. These red marks on my hands, tears in my eyes..is all his doings. This time he has crossed the limit, he broke all the boundaries of hurting someone. He didn't let me go to save my mom..why? Why did he do it? I hate him, I hate Lorenzo to the core!! When I got up from the bed, and was about to walk myself till the wardrobe, I saw Lorenzo coming out from the bathroom..after taking a shower. He was coming near me and I stopped myself from walking towards the wardrobe and took my footsteps backward and went near the door.

'Arlyn' he spoke up but I didn't respond him

'I am sorry for last night' he apologised and yet I was still quite and still on my place and he walks towards me and stands in front of me..I out of scare, started shivering because of his presence, he was staring at me and I moved my face from the straight position to the side not looking at him. Move..move away from me you devil' I said him in a triggering voice

'Arlyn please . Let me explain' says Lorenzo

'You are a devil, fucking move away from me' i said him pushing away and opened the door quickly went out

I went down sat on the breakfast table, just to find that no one was at home except for Lorenzo, I and mom. He got ready and came down, and Juliana came too. She sat on her chair, I was already sitting on the chair and he was about to sit beside me but I stood up from there but he holds my hand to stop me

'Leave my hand. Want to hurt them more? Wasn't yesterday's show enough, that you want to create a drama now too. An enemy would also have never hurt me like you did Lorenzo' says Arlyn in an angry voice

'What is happening here?' asks Juliana

'Arlyn' says Lorenzo and was about to to put his hand on my shoulder but I didn't let him, I beat his off hand and went to Juliana and stood by her side

'Okay, now tell me what the hell is going on?' asks Juliana

'Mom..he..he is a devil, real devil. He hurt me and I will never forgive him for it' says Arlyn crying and Juliana hug her to comfort her

'Arlyn dear, what happened?' asks Juliana

'Lorenzo, what did you do? Why is she crying? Why is she saying all this?' asks Juliana but he doesn't answers
'He won't answer because he knows it was his mistake, I thought I was an exception for you but no yesterday you proved me wrong..I was the same as other..you hurt me' says Arryn

'Let's go to my room' says Juliana and takes Arlyn along with her

So here it is,
Arlyn is hurt. Lorenzo hurt her!
