Chapter 61: Can't control?

Next day(morning in the gym)

While Arlyn was in the gym, practicing boxing, Lorenzo came in but she didn't notice him until he came closer to her, 'aha, you're standing in the wrong position, let me correct you' say's Lorenzo and he puts his hands on hers, setting their position, putting his leg between her's, widening it a little more, while he was doing all this, she was shivering a little by it.
'Come on punch now' says Lorenzo and she punches.
'More harder' says Lorenzo and I punched again
'Can be more harder and stronger' he suggested, while I was punching again and again in the air, he was enjoying the little show he started just now on my body, trailing his hand, around my visible waist, making me uncomfortable, and he still expects me to practice in this situation.
'If you stop doing that, then I can concentrate and practice properly' I said him seriously.
'What am I doing?' he asked turning me around to face him, pulling me closer to his face. Now I was on my toes, trying to not move, looking at him uncomfortably.
'This..This is what you are doing' I said him, widening my eyes.
'Exactly what this, are you talking about Arlyn? What am I doing?' he asked but I couldn't say anything, meanwhile he was moving  his finger around my forehead, his other hand playing with my hair.
'Practised enough for today? Didn't you?' he asked leaving me off, not bothering to listen my answer, he left from there. I am sure he enjoyed doing this, making me feel uncomfortable by touching me, he very well knows that I hate when someone disturbs me while I am in the gym, and he loves to tease me.
But he's not wrong, I am done for the day, i said myself and went to my room.

Arlyn are you really done for the day or is it that you want to see him, something is attracting you towards Lorenzo, again..his charms maybe? What do you guys think??🤔😉

Arlyn and Lorenzo's room-

'Lorenzo' I called him as soon as I entered
'Hmm' he said, and I looked at him, and saw that he was all ready in his attire to leave the house, go for work.
I walked towards him, closing the distance between us, I attached my body with his. Putting my right hand on his, lifting up a little, looking at him.
'I..I cannot control myself anymore' I said and before he could say anything, I smashed my lips onto his, I know it would be a hard fact to realise that I am kissing him right now, cause I am not able to control myself anymore, I want him badly. He kissed me back too, but stopped a minute later when realised that this was wrong.
'This is wrong' says Lorenzo

'Why?' I asked

''We can't do this, didn't we agree on no intimacy?' asks Lorenzo

'This was just a kiss Lorenzo' I justified myself

'We are not together anymore, Arlyn ' he stated and not embarrassing myself more, I went from there.

Later that day

Lorenzo for work. and Arlyn stayed at home.
Meanwhile Arlyn video calls Marcus.

'Hey' says Arlyn

'Hi' says Marcus

'It's been a while, what's up? Anything important?' asks Marcus

'Yes there is something important I want to talk to you about, I hope no one is around' says Arlyn

'Hmm, no one is. Tell me what do you want to talk about?' asks Marcus

'It's about your brother Marcel. Few days ago I was attacked in Lorenzo's absence' says Arlyn

'Oh, are you okay now? Were you wounded?' asks Marcus

'This isn't about whether I got wounds or not Marcus, a person named Zaid Qadir was behind the attack, but before knowing that Zaid was behind it, Lorenzo guessed that it would be Marcel behind him, I asked him why does he thinks like that? Why would Marcel want to kill me?! And Lorenzo revealed that in past he threatened him, that he will kill me. I don't know what is going on but I think there is a possibility of him wanting to kill me and Lorenzo both, so I want you do me a favour and keep him out of our lives, Marcus' says Arlyn

'I can understand you, but I and him are not in talking conditions' say's Marcus

'I don't care Marcus, I want him out of our lives, I don't wanna live knowing that someone is always behind my life, finally mine and Lorenzo's life is on the track, our relationship has improved and I don't wanna ruin it again, I want to sort it out with him because I have realised that I cannot live without him, please do something Marcus' says Arlyn

'Fine..I will see what I can do' says Marcus

'Thanks' says Arlyn

'Never mind but keep one thing in mind, be careful, you never know who might stab you in the back. It can be Lorenzo too, again. Because you promised to stay away from him but now that you can't and I can't control you in it, I just want you to be safe and happy okay?!' say's Marcus

'I will, and thanks for caring for me' say's Arlyn and hangs up.

Night(Arlyn and Lorenzo's room)
'I have organised a party tomorrow at house, only gang member and a few close ones' says Lorenzo

'Why?' asks Arlyn

'It's our anniversary tomorrow, that's why' says Lorenzo, taking a pause he continues 'and I want you to be there, I want us to act as a couple for tomorrow, only for a day' says Lorenzo

'What no, I am not going to attend the party and not even gonna act like a lovely couple' say's Arlyn and continues 'cancel the party'

'I can't, I have already invited everyone' says Lorenzo

'Did you ask me before doing that, I am not attending it, do whatever you want to' say's Arlyn and slept on her side.

How can he expect me to attend a party for our anniversary? The day which I haven't celebrated for past 3 years, mourning my unborn child and our broken relationship. If you had ask me something else, I could have done it but this no, I can't because tomorrow is the worst day of my life!

So her it is,
Arlyn cannot control herself anymore, she wants to take her chances with Lorenzo and forgive him. Will they be together again?
