Chapter 51: The secrets(Part 1)

Next day

I woke up knowing that today we have this event at home. Lorenzo is celebrating his 7 years as a King now. Yes, can't believe it's been 7 years now that he took over Juliana's throne and is in mafia. And of course now that I live in this mansion, I am supposed to attend it too. I personally don't want to because in past I supported him with everything but now I don't want to. But by attending this party, it will make everyone think that we are together, but in reality we aren't. Anyways will see what happens tonight. I got fresh and went down to have my breakfast..where I saw that Lorenzo and his gang members were having a little chat in the hall. I walked towards them and stood near a corner hearing them.
'I will be back by evening, Cason. Till then you take care of the mansion' says Lorenzo
'But is it important for you to go there, boss? It will be dangerous and not safe, boss' says Catalina
'There is nothing to worry about Catalina. I will be fine. You just take care of the duty I alloted you, keep an eye on Arlyn, in my absence' says Lorenzo.
'But what if you get hurt boss, today is a special day for you, for us too. And I..we want you to be perfectly fine today' says Catalina putting her hand on his.

What the hell is going on here. She kept his hand on his and he is not saying anything, okay I didn't like seeing that at all. It boiled my blood, I mean how can she touch my husband. I know we fight a lot but that doesn't means that you give right to another woman to touch you. I thought and walked to them.
'Why are you so concerned about him Catalina? When others much  aren't worried, then why are you? Your boss calls himself a king, he will be safe, right Lorenzo?!' I said
'Or is this concern something else?' I asked.
Yes now I don't care about anyone else's feelings or opinions, let the secret come out.
'What do you mean Arlyn?' asks Lorenzo
'Should I say him or you will?' I asked Catalina
'You promised not to' say's Catalina
'I am sorry darling, but i am a cruel human being..secrets aren't safe with me' I said her.
'She has feelings for you Lorenzo' I said and saw his reaction, he was shocked as others were too.
'What..are you saying?' he asked
'I am saying that Catalina has feelings for you and she has been in love with you for 3 years now' I said it in one go. It was difficult for me to let those words out of my mouth because it is hard to digest the fact that there is another girl who feels for Lorenzo.
'Is is true? What Arlyn is saying, is it true, Catalina?' He asked staring at her but she didn't respond him.
He hold her hand and took her to the meeting room.
Closing the door behind, so no one can interrupt them.
'Was she saying true?' asks Lorenzo
'Yes.. yes boss' says Catalina hesitantly
'How..how could you? Have feelings for me?' he asked banging his hand on the table.
'Boss, please' she said
'What please?' he asked and continued 'when we clearly mentioned you that you cannot have any physical feelings towards me or towards any other gang member, then why?' asks Lorenzo
'Boss, it wasn't in my control. You tell me can we control our feelings towards anyone. We can't, the same way I couldn't control my feelings towards you and day by day it started increasing and I started loving you. I am so sorry' say's Catalina
'Your sorry won't do anything. This makes a huge impression on other gang members. They will point out finger on your character, do you understand they will make fun of you now, knowing the fact I didn't move on from Arlyn, how can you have feelings for a man who is married already. I am really disappointed in you' says Lorenz
'I..I am sorry. But is it wrong to have feelings for you? You gave me the comfort I wanted, you cared for me boss. I got that attention from you. You told me that I am one of the best hacker of yours till now. You appreciated my work. All these things made me fall for you' say's Catalina
'I am sorry if I mislead you. But what you thought of me is wrong and I won't let it continue. You will leave the gang and go, I am sending you to France. You will stay there and handle my warehouse there' say's Lorenzo
'No no boss, please don't do this with me. You can't remove me from the gang' says Catalina
'I am not removing you from the gang, I am just sending you a little away. You can still manage things from there' say's Lorenzo
'But boss..I can't just leave the gang like this' say's Catalina
'These are the consequences of your mistake, Catalina and this is my final decision. You will leave tomorrow for France, pack your bags and be ready because tonight will be your last night, here in the mansion and also in the gang' says Lorenzo and goes from there. After a few minutes, Catalina comes out of the meeting room, she saw Arlyn standing at a little distance from the door..she went towards her and said,
'He is sending me away, from this gang, it's all because of you. I hate you. You fucking ruined my life' say's Catalina and goes from there.
'Did I do, something wrong by letting her secret out, in front of everyone? Did I really ruin her life? What I said was wrong? Did I make a mistake again? I don't know what is happening to me, I am not able to think straight and am telling things without thinking about it' thought Arlyn

Evening(Arlyn and Lorenzo's room)

While Lorenzo was setting his tie in front of the mirror, Arlyn goes to him and 'You look nice' says Arlyn and makes his tie.
'You removed Catalina from the gang? Are you sending her away?' asks Arlyn
'Yes, she will be leaving tomorrow for France' say's Lorenzo
'Why? Don't make a decision in hurry, which will be wrong for you and not fair to her. Don't send her away. She is the best hacker of your gang, think about it Lorenzo' says Arlyn
'Why are you supporting her now? Didn't you want this, for her to go away from me? Because you were the one who told everyone about her feelings for me, so why support her now?' asks Lorenzo
'I agree I was wrong. I didn't think straight and just let her secret out, which I should've, because she trusted me and said her secret. So now It's my responsibility to take a stand for her, because it's not her fault, it's all mine. Just don't send her away; at least not for a reason like this. You and I both know that a person can't control their feelings towards anyone; whether the person is married or not. And it was not her fault that she did fall in love with you. Who cannot? Take my example, I was in love with you for years, so don't give her punishment for something which was not in control of her' say's Arlyn and continues 'just think about it once' says Arlyn
'Hmm' says Lorenzo and Arlyn was going to go but Lorenzo hold her her to stop her, when he by mistakely removed her left hand glove, when she noticed it and quickly took back the glove from his hand and wore it back.
'Let's go down' says Arlyn
'Wait' says Lorenzo and walks to her facing her now.
'What was that? Why do you always wear gloves, Arlyn?' asks Lorenzo
'What type of a questions is that even, I wear gloves because I feel cool' says Arlyn
'That's a lie now. I saw a mark on your wrist Arlyn, what was that?' asks Lorenzo
'That was just a wound I got while training' says Arlyn
'You are lying again. That was not a training wound. I am not a fool Arlyn. What was that?' he asked again.
'Nothing okay. That was nothing, don't bother it Lorenzo..okay?! I will see you down' says Arlyn and goes down.
'What are you hiding from me, Arlyn? Another secret to be revealed?!' thought Lorenzo
