"Why do I have to be roommates with Tom Riddle?!" Didi complained to me the next morning. We were waiting for the rest of our group in the common room.

ANYWHO back to the story
Both of us had ditched Mattheo and Tom."He's so ANNOYING. 'It's not my fault that I'm a Riddle.' 'It's not fair that you guys are judging me and my brother because we're Riddles.' AS IF!" she went on in a perfect impression of Tom.
"Didi, I know you hate him. I KNOW. You have made that extremely clear. But at least try to get along with him. Maybe you could find out something about what his father is doing," I suggested. "You're just saying that because you like his fucking brother," Didi said, glaring at me. "I'm do not," I protested, crossing my arms.
"Gooooooooooood morning, Cae, Didi," Enzo said, skipping into the room, Jenna, Zac, Theo, Draco, and the Brothers-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named trailing behind him. "Goooooooooood morning, person-that-I'm-for-some-reason-I'm-friends-with," Didi muttered. "You mean The One and Only Enzo?" he asked, striking a dramatic pose. Everyone cracked up. Including Mattheo and Tom.
"Still grumping about a Riddle for a roommate is see, sis," Draco said. "You would be too!" Didi said defensively. "No, I wouldn't, because I'm not as whiney as you," her twin replied. Before Didi could hit him, Jenna stepped between them.
"Guys! Chill out! It's the first day back and you two are already fighting!" she said. "Jenjen, I don't see why you bother breaking up their fights. They fight all the fucking time," Theo said. "He's got a point," I said, pointing to him. Jenna rolled her eyes and flipped her hair.
"Come onnnnnn let's get breakfast," Enzo whined. "Be patient," Zac said. "Tell that to Cae," Didi muttered. "I BEG YOUR PARDON," I said, dramatically putting a hand on my chest. "She means that you're very impatient," Jenna said. I let out a huff. Mattheo chuckled, and I felt my cheeks heat up. WHY AM I LIKE THIS?!
"Let's get breakfast," I said, walking off. Everyone followed me, and we practically paraded through the corridors to the Great Hall. As usual, everyone stared at my large friend group. The fact that the Riddle brothers were within five feet of a Potter seemed to shock them, ig. But not more than my beautiful face! <3
"SO, how was sharing a dorm with a Riddle?" Theo asked. "How was sharing a room with a Greengrass?" I asked back. "Pitiful subject change, Cae. How was it?" he asked again. "It was...interesting," I said with a shrug. Everyone stopped and turned to look at me. Mattheo raised an eyebrow. I rolled my eyes. "Not in that way you dirty minded idiots," I said, rolling my eyes. "In what way then?" Zac asked.
"In the way that he kinda sorta maybe flirted..." I trailed off. "WHAT?!!!" all of my friends yelled. Now Mattheo was glaring at me. "I did NOT," he said defensively. "So calling me 'Pretty Potter' and staring at me all night isn't flirting?" I asked. "Well, Lili, it technically isn't..." Zac trailed off when he saw me glaring daggers at him "Not. Helping," I growled.
"Let's get breakfast," Theo said, grabbing Draco and Didi's forearms and dragging them towards the Great Hall. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom," I said.
I separated from the group and hurried past other students on their way to the Great Hall, making my way to the girls' bathroom.
After I had finished, I decided that I should just walk there with my brother and his friends, since I hadn't gotten to see Nini and Ron yesterday. I walked quickly to the Griffindor common room, and got there just in time to see the three of them leave the portrait.
"Harry!" I called, waving and running to my brother. "Cae!" he said, hugging me. I grinned and hugged my brother back. "We missed you!" Mione said. She and Ron were on either side of Harry. I gave Nini a one-armed hug and reached over to ruffle Ron's hair.
"How was your vacation?" I asked. "It was fine," Nini said, shrugging. "Who'd you get for your roommate?" Ron asked. "Me," a voice said behind me. I groaned and turned around. Mattheo was standing behind me, his arms crossed and wearing a smirk.
"Mattheo Riddle," Nini breathed. "Also known as my permanent torturer," I muttered. "And future boyfriend," Mattheo added with a wink. "Shut the fuck up," I growled. "No thanks," he replied. I flashed my middle finger at him and rolled my eyes.
"Well, we should probably be getting to the Great Hall," Harry said. Me, Mattheo, and the Golden Trio set off for the Great Hall, Harry, Nini, and Ron in the lead. Mattheo, annoyingly, was stuck to my side.
"Are we joined at the hip or something?" I asked irritably. "Pretty much," Mattheo said, nodding. He made me want to kiss him and punch him at the same time. I sighed and continued walking.
"Why were you following me?" I asked. I shut out the part of my dirty mind thinking about him following me to the bathroom.
"Jenna sent me to come get you," he replied plainly. I fought the urge to sigh in relief. He wasn't a creep!
"I know that what you thought my reason was," Mattheo said. I froze. He laughed. "I can't read minds, idiot. But I think I know you well enough to guess," he said.
"Let's just get breakfast," I said, speeding up. I heard Mattheo laugh as he tried to catch up with me.
