A few hours passed, and Zac finally went home.

I waited a few more minutes to compose myself before going downstairs.

I went into the kitchen but Andrew wasn't there. Then I heard some shuffling coming from his room.

I knocked on the open door and he turned to look at me.

"Hm. Hey."

I raised a brow and pushed the door all the way open.

"Hey?"

He sighed and sat on his bed then looked over at me.

I nodded and pushed the door shut before sitting down a few inches away from him.

It was a dead silence between the two of us. It wasn't awkward, but there was obvious tension in the air.

"Vivian."

"Yes?"

I replied quietly, looking at the now-closed door.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said or done what I did earlier. And I apologize."

His tone was blunt and slightly harsh. Like he's never said sorry in his life.

"You don't sound very convincing."

I replied with a sarcastic and sassy expression in my voice.

He looked at me angrily, but somewhat calm.

"I don't usually use the term sorry. You know that. I'm not used to it."

It was annoying, but I knew very well he had trouble apologizing to people. That's just how he was raised. But it still pissed me off.

"Well, you don't have to use words to apologize you know."

He furrowed his eyebrows.

"Well, how the fuck else am I supposed to apologize!?"

I frowned and stood up, yelling at him.

"I don't know, but you can at least try fucking harder! You're such an asshole!"

He stood up, hovering over me.

"Listen. Vivian. I try alright. I don't care if it seems like it or not!"

I pushed him away from me in the heat of the moment.

He quickly grabbed my arm and threw me back against the wall, standing in front of me.

"You're a little shit, you know that right?"

I looked up at him angrily.

"You're not any better."

He stared at me, boiling with anger, and came closer to my ear.

"You haven't changed at all.."

I took a deep breath, retaliating.

"You've gotten worse."

He leaned down a bit more and kissed my Jawline.

My eyes widened in surprise.

"Andrew?.. What are you doing?"

He exhaled as he kissed my neck.

"I don't know.."

He continued, leaving soft kisses down the side of my neck and onto my shoulders.

"A-Andrew, I don't think.."

My body shivered as he hummed into my skin.

"I'm sorry. I promise I am, Viv."

A tear rolled down my face and he pulled back quickly.
