Part 28

Zac pulled into the warehouse and opened the door, grabbing Andrew and walking him inside.

One of the guards followed him in, showing him up the stairs to a room.

Once they got in, Zac asked him where I was.

The guard seemed suspicious of him.

"Why?"

Zac quickly responded.

"Gotta keep the boy away from her until we get a new method of transportation to Korea."

The man pointed his gun towards Zac.

"Everyone should already know-"

Zac pulled a gun from a holster on his waist from the back and shot the guard in the head.

"How the fuck-"

"Silencer. Now get up. We need to find Vivian and Anna, and get the fuck out of here."

Andrew nodded and they both left the room, making sure no one was there.

"Mask."

Zac pointed his gun around the corner before stepping out.

"Copy."

Andrew walked down one hall while Zac went down another.

Andrew found another set of stairs in a room that led downwards, so he followed them.

Meanwhile, Zac made his way up, bursting into every room.

As Andrew continued down the stairs, he found a dark hall.

He turned on his flashlight and walked down for a while.

He was about to turn around when he heard soft humming.

He shone the flashlight forward, and a small sliver of light was coming from one of the rooms.

He slowly approached, and as he got closer he could hear the sound more clearly.

When he finally stood in front of the door he paused.

"Hm hmm hm hm hm hmm hmm.."

The voice was sweet and made him feel safe and relaxed.

"I'm hungry Mom.."

His heart beat out of his chest.

It couldn't be..

He quickly shot the lock off and kicked the door open, gun pointed forward, and was met with a woman and a boy who had to be at least 14.

Her eyes were a soft blue and her hair was a jet black.

Though for her age, her skin looked a lot younger than it should.

The boy had brown hair and eyes like walnuts and honey.

They both looked up at him frantically.

A tear slipped from his eye.

"M-mom? Max-"

There was a sharp prick in his neck, and Andrew got dizzy from whatever he had gotten injected with and passed out.

His mom looked up and smiled while his little brother freaked out.

"Long time no see, sweetheart."

Zac smiled at her.

"Hello, ma'am."

She got up and walked over to him.

"What are you doing here?"
