We see a dark-haired boy wearing his favorite hoodie walking down the streets as he stared at his phone and smiled. Yet no one knows what secrets were truly behind that smile. As the boy kept on walking, he heard a scream, it sounded like that of a woman's. The moment he turned around, he saw a dark alleyway, it seems to be the origin of the voice as the boy walked into the alley, he saw a man forcefully undressing a woman while holding a gun in his hand.
Woman: PLEASE STOP!!! LET ME GO!!!
Man: Just shut the hell up before I kill you and follow my orders!!!
Woman: Someone please help me!!!
The boy, of course, wants to stop that after hearing about his friend's parent's experiences. So he gathers all of his courage and shouts.
???: LET GO OF HER!!!
The man and the woman just stare at the boy while the boy laughs at him.
Man: Get lost, kid, this isn't for you, go suck on a lollipop or something.
???: There's no way I could let you hurt an innocent woman like this, you better let her go or else I will call the police!
Man: Huh? What do you think a weakling of a kid can do?! I have a fucking gun, one shot and you're dead!
???: (This will be hard without Azazel, after all, if it was us two I know we can deal with this weakling and piece of shit no problem.)
The man turned his attention toward the boy while accidentally letting go of the woman as he pointed his gun toward the boy trying to intimidate him. The boy then spin kicks the man in the head and sends him toward a wall.
Man: YOU FUCKER!!!
The boy then lunges at the man and tries to choke him and wrestles the gun out of his hand. Until the man sets off the gun by accident and the bullet hits the boy directly in the stomach while making blood sprout out from the wound. This event gave a man a shocked expression and the woman.
Man: F-F-Fuck!!! I thought I bought a gun that was malfunctioning!!! WHAT DO I DO?! I JUST MURDERED SOMEONE!!!
The woman then crouches next to the boy and wraps a cloth around his stomach, attempting to stop the bleeding, as the man panics while the boy starts to bleed out. His eyes stared at the sun until they were completely closed.
???: I... never thought I would die like this... so this is how I die huh... getting caught by a strange bullet... I really thought that death was natural, what do I do when I die? Do I go to heaven? Or hell?
???2: You're going to neither, my vessel.
-Darren POV-
As I opened my eyes again, I find myself in a completely dark void, with a man who has black hair and wearing a black trench coat appearing beside me.
???: Hello, I am Kiriya, the former Monarch Of the Undead. A pleasure to meet you, my vessel.
