"A date, an event that is supposed to deepen bonds, but a certain Monarch and Nightmare is not going to make it an ordinary one."

I walked towards Kurumi as school finished and asked her out.

Kurumi: Tomorrow?

Darren: Yeah, I thought I would show you around the city if you were free.

 Kurumi: So are you... asking me out on a date?

Darren: That's precisely what I'm asking from you. What do you say? Wanna go on a date with me?

Kurumi: of course, I would be honoured.

Darren: Then let's meet tomorrow at 10:30 in front of the Tengu station ticket office.

Kurumi: Certainly, I'll be looking forward to it.

Kurumi left as I sighed and put on my shoes.

Darren: (If Takamiya Mana killed Kurumi, how is she still alive...? Even a reverse cursed technique user like me would've died from being beheaded, I'll definitely punch Mana later, but right now, let me just focus on this. But as long as Kurumi is alive, I want to keep on going with the plan. )

I walked towards Azazel and placed my elbow on his shoulder.

Azazel: Tired?

Darren: Pretty much. I have to try and get Kurumi to fall for me.

Origami: What are you talking about?

Az and I quickly turned towards Origami who appeared behind us.

Darren/Azazel: HUH?!

Origami quickly pushed me to the lockers and I looked to the side.

Origami: What were you talking about with Tokisaki Kurumi?

Darren: (ARE YOU A NINJA?!)

Darren: It's nothing, really, don't worry about it.

Origami: Answer me, this is extremely crucial.

Origami placed her hand on my chest which made me blush a bit.

Darren: Sorry, Tohka and Azazel are waiting for me, catch you later!

I placed my hands on Origami's shoulder and pushed her away a bit as I ran to Azazel.

Azazel: So, what was that I just watched?

Darren: Don't ask, goddammit.

Azazel: Although... it is impressive how you teleported to Tohka before lunchtime was over, was it all a play when you fainted?

Darren: No, I thought I was going to get a heart attack before.

-walking back home-

I patted Az's back while we walked back home.

Darren: Oh yeah, Azazel, make sure you take out the trash and not burn anything when we go back home. Do that much and I might cook for you.

I quickly turned towards Tohka and was about to hug her.

Darren: Make sure to eat a lot of food, I want to put my all into today's meal.

Azazel: WHY ARE YOU SO MUCH NICER TO HER?!
