"Rudra..."

Her voice cut through the silence like a gentle breeze, soft yet firm. I froze, looking up at her in disbelief. It was the first time she had spoken my name-my true name. Yes, she had addressed me before, but always with the formality of my title. This, however, was different. This was me she was speaking to, not the prince, not Yuvraj, but the man behind it all.

Her voice... oh, how sweet it sounded, like music, like something sacred. My name had never felt so divine. I could feel the heat of my tears as one escaped, tracing its way down my cheek. Happiness, perhaps? Or was it something more? It didn't matter. I rose and pulled her into my embrace, holding her as if the world would crumble if I let go.

"I can't believe you said my name," I whispered, my voice shaking as I buried my face into her stomach, sobbing quietly.

Her delicate fingers rested on my head, stroking my hair with an almost motherly tenderness.

"Please, Rudra... stop crying. I'll forgive you. Just please, stop."

Her words, though soft, filled me with warmth and a strange mix of relief and guilt. How could she forgive me so easily? How could she bear the weight of my pain with such grace?

"I'm not crying for your forgiveness, Nandani,"

I murmured, my voice hoarse with emotion.

"I'm crying because I... I regret everything I said. Let me cry, just this once. Let me be weak for you."

She was silent for a moment, her hand still soothing me.

"Fine... but I can't stand seeing you like this,"

She said softly, her voice cracking just a little.

"You look so... broken."

"No,"

I shook my head, tightening my grip.

"Stay with me. I need you here. Please... don't leave."

I was practically begging, my palms rough against my face as I wiped away my tears, desperate to stop them.

"I promise... I won't cry. Just... stay."

Her sigh was soft, and she knelt in front of me, her hands cradling my face.

"I'm not going anywhere, Rudra,"

She whispered, her breath warm against my cheek.

"You'll never be alone. I'll always be with you."
