Ch 22

When you opened your sleepy (e/c) eyes you noticed a strange man sleeping next to you. Your nerves twisted into struck fear.

You sat up quickly, screaming out loud. France was sleeping next to you but once you screamed he woke up.

"w-whats wrong (y/n)?" he sat up and raked his mess of blonde hair back out of his face. You were breathing quickly looking up at him, "where am I?! " you say looking around to hopefully find something familiar.

France looked away, down at his French flag T-shirt. He sighed lightly as his mind clouded with thoughts.

You stopped waiting for him to answer you, as you pushed yourself off the bed and let your bare feet carry you out of the room.

Quiet and somewhat cautious, you walked around the foreign house, stopping alittle ways from the room you exited, not recognizing anything. "...I don't think Roma... " you stopped yourself, slouching over alittle.

"is that your little boyfriend ma fille?" France said, already crouching down behind you. A smile spreading across his face.

A small squeak echoed from your mouth as you jumped forward and swiveled around on your heels to face him, "..N-no.. "

The friendly smile stayed put on Frances face as he stood up to his full height,"well.. I won't pursue on because we have a full day of things to do.. Only if you want to... "

You perked up alittle, "like what, I don't even know where I am papa... "

France chuckled down at you and lifted you into his arms, "you have such small memory of what is going on.. "he walked all the way into the kitchen and set you down on the island counter.

"I guess I will retell you where you are.. But it will be over breakfast."

Romano was fast asleep, curled up in Spain's tired arms. His and Prussia's wary legs carried the two men far from there original country they began in,"Prussia.. I think we may need to rest.. "

Spain stumbled alittle as the albino stopped to reply, "are we just going to sleep on the ground.... I think we should trek on, farther until we reach a town or city.. "

Spain sighed heavily, as he gazed down at Romano, "...alright.. "

Soon after they started walking again, Spain could feel his legs buckle beneath him. Making him drop to one knee. Still holding the Chibi in his arms.

"let's sit down for a bit then.. "Prussia noted as he turned to the Spaniard. "thanks... " Spain replied as he plopped on his butt. Romano stirred alittle but still peacefully asleep.

Prussia sat down in front of him. His scarlet eyes looked tired but still determined to move forward.

"hey Prussia... "Spain started," how are you still not tired like me.. Or Roma? "

Prussia smirked alittle, "because I am awesome... "

Spain furrowed his brows as he stared at the albino, "really...? "

Prussia kept some humor in his laugh, "yes.. But.. Vell, ve are looking for (y/n). So...I don't know vhy I keep moving, " Prussia hesitated, " I guess.. Because she is as awesome as me... I like hanging out vith her."

"Prussia, you have only know the Pequeña for not even a day.. "Spain noted, eyeing the albino.

"so.. "

"so how can you be so attached? "

Prussia stopped to think for a moment, "it's probably because I didn't have Germany to take care of for long... And I don't really have anyone to care for anymore.."he hesitated," I guess I just miss being like an older bruder... "

His pale fingers plucked some grass from the ground, "you and France seem to get all the little bruders and sisters..all I have is grown up family.. Who sometimes doesn't seem to care if I'm here.. But she does I bet.. For some odd reason (y/n) likes me and is happy to be around me... "

Spain nodded in agreement, as he carefully got up on his feet. Dusting off some dirt and grass, "come on then... Let's get (y/n) back.. "

Prussia sat there looking up at him, "I can't.. "

"you can't what? Get (y/n)?!"

"no," the pale man smiled weakly, "I can't get back up... My legs gave out."

Spain chuckled at him, "oh thank god... I thought I would die if I had to walk another mile right now.. "
