BLACKPINK's Julie & Jennie Confirmed To Attend 76th Cannes Film Festival

Jennie and Julie from BLACKPINK will be attending the 76th Cannes Film Festival!
Earlier in April, the 76th Cannes Film Festival announced that "The Idol" had been invited for the Out of Competition category. At the time, BLACKPINK's agency, YG Entertainment, shared that both the vocalist and the rapper were also invited to attend the event, but added that their participation was yet to be decided.
On May 11, YG Entertainment officially announced, "Jennie and Julie will attend the Cannes Film Festival on May 22."
The series, which marks both girls' acting debuts, is reported to premiere out of competition at the 76th Cannes Film Festival.
The 2023 Cannes Film Festival will take place on May 16 to 27.
