Just one realization, the thoughts won't go.
Around and around, ne'er ceasing to flow.
Questions and answers, confusion and peace.
One decision made, a moment of relief.
Then back again in circles, around and around.
Gone one moment and returned the next.
Thoughts spinning, mind churning,
A moment of silence, gone too fast.
Endless praying and searching for peace.
Searching for answers that lay just out of reach.
Not ours to know, not ours to forget.
Unable to deny, unable to regret.
Why now? Why so vague?
Why undeniable? Why a plague?
Why not later? If not now, when?
Can you at least put it out of my head?
Know, deny, question, search.
Truth, accept, confusion, hurt.
Pray, peace, relief, short-lived.
Repeat again.
