' COWARDLY . . . ' ──a one piece fanfiction created / edited 09.11.23
ooo. walking next to my apparent new grandfather whose name is garp... he was also the vice admiral, but i don't really care, afterall- i wasn't planning on becoming a marine, nor a pirate, both are way to dangerous, and i want nice and smooth hands, so no thanks. "Gar- er, grandpa... where are we going?" I ask him as i fiddle with my new kimono top that i got a couple days ago.
"We're going to someone who still owes me!! And you'll stay there!!" He explains, and i tense, "but cant i just stay on the ship?" I ask with a small pout, "Nope, i wouldnt want my only granddaughter get injured!! Or some random boy bothering with you!!" He explains with his big smile on, and i pout as my shoulders sag. "But what if I don't manage to find a husband? Or even a wife?!" I shout as i ball my hands up into fists, and i look up with worry, he mearly laugh as he hits me in the back, making me stumble forward, i snap my head at him.
"OI! WHAT IF I FELL AND HURT MYSELF YOU OLD MAN?!" I shout as i gain a irk mark and a frown, gramps mearly laughs, "Dont worry my granddaughter! And no marrying much less dating until your older than me!!" He laughs making me widen my eyes in fear, "BUT WHEN I AM, ILL BE ALL OLD AND THEN NO ONE WILL ACTUALLY WANT TO MARRY ME!!" I shout as tears poke at the corners of my eyes. Gramps mearly laughs, making me pout as i cross my arms and kick a rock.
"Unlike you, i'm weak... how will i survive if i dont find someone to protect me..." i mumble, as some tears poke at the corner of my eyes, Gramps mearly laughs, "I can protect you my lovely granddaughter!!" Gramps says and i pout, "I don't want you, your gross." I frown at the sight of gramps picking his nose... proving my statement.
Gramps mearly laughs once again making my eyebrow twitch as i look back forward, as i kick a rock. Eventually we make our way to what looks as to be a home that was better than my old house, in fact- it looked as though back in my island if you had this nice of a home, you'd be considered rich. Making my eyes sparkle at the expensive looking home, "this is where i'll be staying?! Its so nice!! This person must be rich!! They have to be!!" I beam as my eyes sparkle, 'ill surely find a husband or a wife now!!' I blush at the thought of finding someone romantic, and definitely not like the other three boys from before.
Gramps laughs heartly, "rich ya' say? Bwahaha!! My lovely granddaughter is also a jokester!!" Gramps laughs, and i frown at him, 'but i wasn't joking...' I pout. Gramps then starts roughly banging on the door, and then a lady busts open the door, "SHUT THE HELL UPP!! WHATEVER YOUR SELLIN' I DONT WANT NONE!" The lady shouts making me flinch as i cover my ears from her loud voice, "DADAN!" Gramps shouts back and i flinch more as i keep my hands clamped on my ears at their loud voices, the lady then freaks as she backs away, and i put down my hands and stand behind garp since this lady was a bit scary looking.
