This summer break has been nothing short of amazing.

Allison, dad, and I moved to a smaller house in the same area as our old one because dad claimed we "didn't need as much space." Truth be told, every time we were in the house, we were reminded that mum passed on there. And so, we moved — it wasn't because we needed less space.

Funnily enough, my new room is almost exactly like my old room: en-suite bathroom, wooden floors, blinds, and all. I've chosen to decorate it exactly the same as my old room — white walls, fairy lights, plants... there's practically nothing different.

I only stayed in Beacon Hills for two weeks this holiday. In between the whole moving process, Isaac and I have been on a few dates... coffee, star gazing, movies, lacrosse practices, bowling, and studying sessions for when we get back to school. I've even taught him how to use a crossbow and a bow and arrow properly

I saw my friends a couple of times. Lydia, Allison, Scott, Stiles, Isaac, and I went out for go-carting (much to Lydia's dismay) and an ice-cream, and we all watched the latest Harry Potter movie together.

For the rest of the holiday, dad, Allison, and I were in France.

We got to see the Eiffel Tower, travel in a train through the scenic parts of the countryside, go to the beach, pastry shops, and cafés (lots of delicious tarts, croissants, eclairs, and coffees were consumed by us), and wander around aimlessly in a true tourist fashion.

Dad sometimes did business and formed relations with other international arms dealers and potential clients, so Allison and I got to do things together, just the two of us.

We had a few heavy chats about everything that's happened while exploring the bustling streets of the city — mum, what her plans were with Scott and what happened, Matt, Isaac, Jackson leaving to London, Gerard being a psycho...

It's good to have her back.

Seeing as there's a new alpha pack in Beacon Hills, I have to remain fit (I know I ate a lot of pastries... that's why I trained even harder, okay?). Everyday, I used the pool and the gym in the hotel which we were staying at.

We flew back to America two days ago, and spent the entirety of yesterday unpacking (still), relaxing, and getting ready for school.

Morning, sweetheart :) I hope
you landed safe. So, the thing is,
I'm kind of in the hospital right
now...
— Isaac :), 06:30

A person needs details. Why is he in
the hospital? How bad is it? What
are the circumstances involving
him being in the hospital? These
are simple questions.
— you, 06:33

Gilmore Girls?
— Isaac :), 06:33

Of course, love. Are you okay?
— you, 06:33

I will be if you call me that again ;)
— Isaac :), 06:34

Tut tut, Lahey. I'm on my way.
— you, 06:34

Hastily, I finish getting ready and thunder down the stairs. "Dad, I'm taking my car," I call, standing in the front foyer. I hoist my school bag further up onto my shoulder. "Isaac's in the hospital, so I'm going to visit him before school."

Tiny little thumps and thuds emerge from the lounge. "He's what? What happened?"

I sigh. Details are essential. "I don't know."
