Okay lang kung 'yung writer style mo, na-influence ng isang famous author. But as a writer, as you progress on your writing career, kailangan meron ka pa ring sariling style na masasabi mo talagang sa 'yo lang. Hindi ba mas maganda 'yon, if you think about it? It's your brand. It's your creative identity. May sarili ka naman talagang boses. And that voice? You should take your time developing it and be confident about using it more. Create your own sound and trust it. May fulfilment kasi 'pag masasabi mong sa 'yo lang 'yung tunog na 'yon. And being confident about it inspires authenticity. When you read your work, you as a writer, can just feel that. And definitely, readers will feel that too.

But yeah, the decision, whether to develop your own voice or continue to adapt other voices, is up to you.

If you're interested in having your own voice, just read more and write more. Remember to be patient. And try to explore other styles then i-observe mo kung saan ka mas nadadalian or pay attention if it just feels riiiiiiiiiight. Puwede mo ring alamin kung ano ang mga ayaw at gusto mo sa nababasa at napapanood mo, kung ano 'yung mga style na nagre-resonate sa 'yo, at 'yung talagang page-turner? Have them as your reference, crafting your ideal style. Then decide what would be your creative identity. Ito namang creative identity mo, is not set in stone. You can always explore.

I wish you good luck in crafting your own sound and I hope you follow it.
