A/N:quite a coincident that this is their eleventh mission

Somewhere around Alaska coastline,at the early in the morning

"Hey kid,is that a white light over there I see?"

"I saw that too,maybe they are conducting an exercise or something,or a test,I don't know"

Two men standing on a fishing boat,fishing,until a whiteflash caught their attention from over the horizon.However,the younger man doesn't really care much,as long as his only joy in the ocean,the radio channel of Anchorage still plays in the cabinet of the steel boat.He turned the radio to hear clearer,but the sound seemed abnormal:

"Damn it,I fixed this just yesterday"

"Give me that"-the old man took away the small device from his friend's hands-"I don't think this one is broken,what about something else that happened?Maybe the channel shut down today?"

"No way,a nuclear attack is much more possible than the channel getting shut down,wait,if that light is..."

"I was joking,don't take that so serious,besides,a nuclear explosion in Anchorage shouldn't be seen here,now let's head back to the port,the sun is already over there"-but the man couldn't finished his sentence as US coast guard ship going opposite from his heading honking at his boat,they are running away from the city as fast as possible,the younger fisher can tell.

"Hello men,good morning,why are you so rushed?"

"Warning,do not go to Southern Alaska"

"What?"

"I repeat,do not enter the 300 miles range from the city of Anchorage,the city electronic network has been destroyed"

At 7AM in the morning,an explosion occurred in the state of Alaska,United States,completely remove the US electronic assets within the region:
