Interviewer: Na-rae, congratulations on your new solo album. How does it feel to release a solo album on your own?
Thank you (smiles shyly). I'm actually very excited but also a bit nervous, to be honest. I've released solo songs before, but never a full album. Suga oppa told me to bring out the songs still stuck in my lyric book. They never saw the light of day (laughs), but now they do, and I hope my fans love them just as much as they love BTS albums. Releasing these songs in an album allows me to show how much I trust and love them.
Interviewer: Can you tell us a bit about the concept and or themes of your solo album
Absolutely, I'd love to share more about the album's concept. My solo album is like a rollercoaster of emotions, and it has two CDs. The first CD features my original songs, offering a mix of emotions. Some are a bit dark, while others revolve around themes of love and friendship. There's no specific red line in it; it's a journey where you can switch from cheerful and lovely songs to introspective and emotional ones. It's essentially a collection of heartfelt lyrics I wrote during both low and high points in my life. It's like sharing a piece of my heart and mind with all of you.
