This chapter took me 3 days to write (I seriously spent 16 hours on this) cuz I needed to watch a performace of the musical and it took me a long time to get into it but I managed to finish it and here we are
Also, I don't know if anyone saw the update I posted earlier but I'm moving updates to post once a week on Wednesdays now. This may change at a later date but for now I'm only posting once a week since posting has caught up to my writing. I'm really sorry but hopefully I'll be able to go back to twice a week soon 😅
This chapter is also over 13k words long (which is a lot longer than most others I've written and essentially a book in itself lolol) so hopefully it's enough for a week and I can get back to posting more often
Once again, I'm sorry for changing my post days but it'll work out better in future when I can post more often again.
I hope you guys enjoy this chapter 😊

"Ary, are you ready yet?" I asked my boyfriend who was currently in our bedroom getting changed into a cosplay I'd wanted to do for a while.
"One second!" He called back. "I need to find my necklace."
"Okay." I said, going back to playing with Levi next to the couch.
With the release of Attack on Titan's final episode in exactly one week, I wanted to do something special for our Halloween party this year – namely the Eren and Mikasa cosplay idea I'd mentioned to Aryia almost a year ago.
We weren't going to a party this year, instead opting to hang out with Kévin and Eileen at home tonight once they got back from their date. We'd also decided to have a movie marathon in the living room after we'd put Levi to bed on the 31st since both of our roommates would be away for the rest of spooky season – since Kévin managed to land a sponsorship – but that didn't mean we weren't going to have fun.
I had a tuition session booked for one of my regular clients after tonight anyway, so all I really wanted to do was chill with Aryia after work was over. Granted, I hadn't been working much in the past year considering Levi's young age, and we had been away enough in the last few months that he was developing the same longing attachment issues for both of us as Aryia and I had for each other whenever we were apart, and we were reluctant to leave him alone or with people we knew for too long after he'd all but cried and begged for cuddles the first night we'd been in New York for Aryia's birthday.
So that's why we'd decided to spend a chilled out evening together for Halloween, filled with nothing but movies, laughter, popcorn, and– of course – cuddles.
"Are you ready, Evie?"Aryia asked, repeating the same question to me as I'd asked him just a few minutes ago.
"Did you get changed?" I asked, peeking up from the couch as Levi continued to babble.
"Yeah."
"C'mon then, I wanna see."
I heard him laugh before I heard him playing something on his phone. "Counted together, the walls surely contain tens of millions of colossal titans. They guard the king's peace as his shield and his spear. An uprising has taken place on Paradis; the king has been deposed, the founding titan stolen. An enemy of peace. His name – is Eren Yeager!"
As soon as the show's main protagonist's name was mentioned, Aryia stepped out from the alcove leading to our bedroom.
"Oh my God! Look at you~!"
