It's a new Wednesday, and you know what that means - new chapter! 🥳🥳🥳

Update for the book: I'm struggling a bit with the chapter I'm working on but I'll be halfway through it soon and I'll hopefully have it written by Friday. If not, I'll still post next week's part but I'll take a break until I have enough chapters written up to post, so for now please assume that I'll be posting for the next 2 weeks - if not, I'll post an update next week to tell you guys I need to write more stuff lolol

This chapter is a bit short but I thought it'd be fun to write Aryia and Evra's anniversary now that they have Levi. It's a bit chaotic but was super fun to write so I hope you all enjoy 😊😊😊

I sometimes wondered if my almost three-year old toddler was hell-bent on ensuring that nothing went our way just because he found it funny.

Aryia and I woke up at around 9am as we usually did with the rays of morning sun peeking through from behind our closed curtains. My boyfriend of six years groaned as he turned his head to the side and nuzzled into me with a tight, warm hug.

"Good morning." I greeted him sleepily after taking a few quiet moments to re-appreciate him holding me in his arms, slowly blinking my eyes open as he placed his hand on my abdomen and gently started to caress me before his hand wandered a little higher, going under my arm and brushing against my shoulder.

"Good morning." He smiled back at me.

I smiled back at him through sleep-laden eyes before resting my eyelids again. "Someone's in a good mood."

"Well it is our anniversary." He said, moving even closer to capture my lips in a wholly-appreciative kiss.

"More like: Congratulations for surviving another year with your troublesome girlfriend." I replied between kisses.

"I think I deserve to be rewarded for it, don't you think?" He grinned, raising his eyebrows and smirking as he hovered over me.

"Aryia~" I grinned, pulling him down as we continued where we left off. But less than a minute later we heard a cry come from the other room.

"Momma~!"

"Troublesome." Aryia pouted, pulling back from my lips.

"Guess time's up." I shrugged as Aryia got off me and I got out of bed to see my baby boy next door. 'For someone who loves sleeping a lot, I think your daddy was hoping that we could get a bit more time to ourselves before you woke up.' I thought, picking Levi up from his bed before returning to our bedroom five minutes later, carrying him with his stuffed wolf in one hand and wiping the sleep and tears out of his eyes with my other.

Sitting on the bed, Levi jumped out of my arms and sat on Aryia – making him wince slightly from the unexpected weight on his stomach – he was clearly fascinated by his dad's goatee.

"What happened, Little Wolfy?"

"Scary dream." He shivered in response as I laid down and looked at my two boys.

"Did the mean monsters come in your dream?" I asked, gently stroking Levi's back.

Levi slowly nodded as he whimpered.

"Awwh, it's okay. See, Mommy and Daddy are here now and so is Wolfy. You know the bad monsters are scared of Wolfy." I said as I pointed at the wolf and booping Levi on the nose which made him giggle. "So, do you want chocolate cereal for breakfast?"
