Famous Singer

The night was alive with excitement as Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Twilight, Rarity, Sunset, and Applejack were waiting in line to enter an enormous concert venue to watch a live performance by a singer. What Applejack didn't know is that her friends had planned weeks before to take her to see her favorite singer whom she has been crushing on hard.

"This is gonna be the best night ever especially for Applejack," Pinkie whispered to Fluttershy. "I hope she enjoys it." She said softly. "Let's try to not make it obvious," Sunset said as she heard the two talking. "What'ch you guys talking about?" Applejack said as she noticed the three talking suspiciously.

"Uh, they're just excited about this concert wondering when they'll let us in," Twilight said as she gave Sunset a wink, while Sunset nodded in appreciation. "Well, they should be letting us in soon darlings." Rarity said as if she had predicted it. The guards allowed people to start entering as the main six got the best seats which were in the middle close to the stage.

"Can't wait I'm barely keeping my excitement in," Pinkie said. As everyone got to their seats people were anxiously waiting for it to start. "So who is this singer that's gonna perform? You guys haven't mentioned anything about them." Applejack asked curiously. "All in good times." Rarity said.

Soon the lights dimmed and music could slowly be heard as the crowd roared with excitement. A spotlight soon illuminated the stage, and there she was Rainbow Dash, wearing a blue leather jacket, white shirt, and faded black jeans with white high tops. "Canterlot!!! How's everybody doing tonight!" Dash yelled out holding a microphone.

As the crowd roared with excitement the main five turned to see Applejack's reaction whose jaw was opened. "You guys planned this didn't you?" Applejack said to Twilight. "I don't know what you're talking about," Twilight said smiling as the others laughed.

"Alright let's start with a classic," Rainbow said before drums, guitar, and bass could heard as she started performing one of her songs. The crowd roared, and Applejack couldn't help but join in. Soon Rainbow Dash sang out her hits with electrifying energy. Applejack swayed to the songs, captivated by the singer's performances. Everyone was having a good time, especially Applejack.

What Applejack didn't know was that someone was glancing at her. Throughout her performances, Rainbow Dash's eyes scanned the crowd and every time she did she couldn't help but notice Applejack, who was enjoying her songs as a smile crossed Dash's face.

Suddenly Dash finished singing her last song of the night as the crowd cheered but Rainbow had a surprise for them. "Thanks so much for being here it means the world to me. Now I have a surprise for all of you here tonight." Dash said into the mic causing everyone to be intrigued even the main six more specifically Applejack.

She soon started walking as she looked at the crowd. "As you know my new album is coming out soon," Dash said as the audience cheered causing her to smile. "So I thought everyone here would like to see me perform one of the songs," Dash said causing everyone to cheer very loudly. "So I take that as a No!" Rainbow said jokingly as she locked eyes with a certain girl with a stetson on. "Alright, alright this one's called "Let Me Love You," Dash said as she smiled towards Applejack who blushed as her friend's aww at the sight as the beat started playing.

"I used to believe. We were burning on the edge of something beautiful. Something beautiful selling a dream smoke and mirrors keep us waiting on a miracle. On a miracle." Dash sang as the audience cheered and watched in anticipation and excitement as some began recording as she continued. "Say, go through the darkest of days. Heaven's a heartbreak away never let you go, never let me down, oh it's been a hell of a ride. Driving the edge of a knife never let you go, never let me down." Rainbow sang as she looked at Applejack again.
