*Esta claro que el estado liberal puede ser neutral en todos los aspectos. Debe asegurar la Justicia y proteger los derechos de las personas.
*En el Estado Liberal, las personas escogen , libre y autónomamente, una vida correcta y buena, haciendo énfasis en lo "correcto" sobre lo "bueno".
*La obra de Rawls no clasifica como política, ya que no se centra en la critica del poder. Esto es la Voluntad de Poderío.
*Desde el principio, Rawls se identifica como contractualista.
*Lo correcto no necesariamente implica lo que es bueno y bello.
*En el lenguaje moral, hay cosas que le competen a la moral del individuo y no al Estado.
