YAWNING AS HE WALKED through the Nekoma High School halls, Suna listened to Atsumu rant about how Kageyama refused to hold a conversation with him. Suna grew to realize that some setters, similar to what Atsumu is like, were terribly arrogant. Due to that, it caused them to bash heads with fellow setters and other team positions out there.
They were on their way to retrieve you from your room that you were sharing with the managers, but as they turned the corner Suna's eyes caught on none other than you and Akaashi.
Scowling slightly, Suna stopped in place causing Atsumu to bump into him. "Hey! What's the big idea, Suna-Rin?!"
"Shut up!"
"Hah?!" Atsumu rose an eyebrow in annoyance before he turned his attention to where Suna's was. "Huh..." he trailed off, tilting his head to the side.
Sensing the feeling of eyes boring into the back of your head, you turned to see the duo who attempted to act as natural as they could in the middle of the hallways.
"Rintarou, Tsumoo?" You began walking towards the two, Suna feeling pride in the way you were quick to abandon Akaashi's side. However, he knew that him feeling like that was horrible, Akaashi Keiji truly was a good guy.
Akaashi followed behind you closely, sending a small and respectful bow of his head to both Suna and Atsumu.
"What are ya two lovebirds doing, hmm?" The fake blond setter questioned the both of you, sending a sly grin towards you as he slung an arm around Suna's shoulders.
"Akaashi came to get me for breakfast," you replied giddily. Suna took in your expression. The way you smiled was as bright as the sun, the way your eyes glistened so joyfully was as pretty as a star, the way you seemed to be incapable of staying still was enough to tell him that he was a horrible person.
He was glad when you walked towards him over Akaashi, and he was glad when you always downplayed any type of feelings Akaashi may have for you because that meant he could hold onto you for a little longer. The only reason why you were so giddy and bright in this current moment was because of Akaashi and his actions. Why should he be the one praying on Fukurodani's setter's downfall simply because he felt his best friend drifting from his grip?
"I wanted to speak a little together since everyone's only here for a week, but if I'm taking her away from your bonding time then by all means, I can wait," Akaashi insisted.
