I became so good at begging,
begging for attention,
begging to be heard,
and begging for love.
I have been begging for those three things,
my whole life.
So begging for you to want me is nothing new,
but what's new is this overflowing emptiness that I feel.
I have given you all that I am,
yet you have not given a single drop of you.
I think I have become tired of begging,
begging to be seen,
begging to be appreciated,
and begging for your love.
I mean,
I have been begging for those three things,
my whole life.
So begging for you to want me,
just seems meaningless.
If you showed me that you cared,
expressed it with silly words or way too short sentences,
I would've kept on begging,
but then again,
it would not have been needed to beg...
