Taehyun and Beomgyu live next door to each other. However, Taehyun isn't particularly fond of Beomgyu due to the fact that almost every night at 3am, he can hear rock music blaring from Beomgyu's place. It's become quite a nuisance for Taehyun, as it disturbs his sleep and peace. On the other hand, Beomgyu has developed strong feelings for Taehyun ever since their first encounter. The only time Beomgyu has seen Taehyun was when he knocked on his door to complain about the loud music. Since then, Beomgyu has been infatuated with Taehyun and has come up with a mischievous plan. He intentionally plays the music loudly, hoping that Taehyun will come knocking on his door again so that he can catch a glimpse of him.

Taehyun was peacefully sleeping but suddenly he heard music..

Despite his deep admiration for BTS, he yearns for a good night's sleep. With a crucial exam looming on the horizon, he understands the importance of getting enough rest to perform well. However, his neighbor seems oblivious to his predicament. Frustration bubbling within him, Taehyun mutters a curse under his breath. Determined to resolve the issue, he steps out of his apartment and heads towards his neighbor's door, ready to knock and address the disturbance.

Beomgyu heard loud knocking on his door and knew it was his cute grumpy neighbour. He turned off the music and opened the door.

"Yes?"

"Can you turn off your music! I have an exam tomo-" Taehyun couldn't help but fixate on his neighbor's captivating features. The way their pretty eyelashes framed their dark brown orbs was simply mesmerizing. Their very defined nose added an air of sophistication to their face, while their plump lips held an irresistible allure. Taehyun couldn't deny that their neighbor was undeniably attractive.

"Hello?" Beomgyu started waving his hand in front of his neighbor to get his attention back.

Taehyun snapped out of reality and looked back at his neighbor with pink cheeks.

"Can you turn down your music, I have an exam tomorrow" Taehyun said in tiny.

Beomgyu cooed at the sight and started to chuckle. "Sure cutie."

Taehyun widened his eyes. "H-Huh? Cutie? Me?"

"What? Can't i tell the truth? You're the cutest person I've ever seen"

Taehyun started to turn into a cherry with pouted lips. Beomgyu chuckled and ruffled his hair.

"I'm Choi Beomgyu by the way"

"K-Kang Taehyun"

"See you tomorrow Taehyunnie~"

After Beomgyu shut the door, Taehyun lingered outside for a brief moment before making his way back to his apartment. Thoughts of Beomgyu's attractiveness flooded Taehyun's mind, causing his cheeks to flush as he recalled the compliments Beomgyu had given him earlier.

Taehyun lay wide awake in his bed, unable to find solace in sleep. The clock on his nightstand taunted him with its relentless ticking, reminding him that it was nearly 5am. Thoughts of his attractive neighbor, Beomgyu, consumed his mind, refusing to let him rest. Taehyun couldn't help but mutter Beomgyu's name under his breath, wondering what he might be doing at this very moment. The desire to see him grew stronger with each passing minute, as Taehyun yearned for more than just friendship. Perhaps, deep down, he longed for something more intimate and meaningful with Beomgyu.

Taehyun finally drifted off to sleep after what seemed like an eternity. Although it wasn't a long slumber, he was grateful for any rest he could get. The clock read 7am when he jolted awake, realizing that he had only an hour left before his school day began. With an impending exam looming over him, Taehyun's nerves started to kick in, adding to the pressure of the morning.

As soon as he arrived at school, he plopped down heavily onto his seat, clearly exhausted. HueningKai, his seatmate, couldn't help but notice the dark circles under his eyes.

"You okay?"

"I'm sleepy"

"I can tell. What happened?"

"My hot neighbour"

The thought of his neighbor affectionately running his fingers through Taehyun's hair and praising him made him blush uncontrollably.

"Dude, your blushing"

"Sorry, can't help it"

"Class, come to my desk to get your exams. The exams will have your names written on it. Take yours and not someone else's"

Taehyun and HueningKai made their way to the reception area to pick up their exam papers. Although the exam wasn't particularly challenging for Taehyun, his thoughts kept drifting back to a specific brunet. After completing the exam in 45 minutes, Taehyun handed his answer sheet to the teacher and swiftly exited the classroom. Seeking a breath of fresh air, he opted to head up to the rooftop.

What he didn't know is that someone he's been thinking about, was there..

"Beomgyu-hyung? What are you doing here?'"

Beomgyu turned around and saw the one and only Kang Taehyun. He couldn't help but smile seeing him.

"Taehyunnie" he called out and pat the space next to him asking him to sit.

With a hint of hesitation, Taehyun cautiously approached Beomgyu and settled down beside him. The silence that enveloped them seemed to amplify the awkwardness in the air. No words were exchanged, yet they found solace in the gentle breeze and the picturesque scenery that lay before them. As time passed, Beomgyu finally broke the silence and called out to Taehyun, breaking the tension that had lingered between them.

"Taehyun-ah"

"Hm?"

"I'm so glad I've met you"

Taehyun's face turned crimson as he felt his ears grow hot. The intensity of his blush was undeniable, and he couldn't help but wonder why he was reacting this way. It was as if Beomgyu had a special power over him, making him experience emotions he had never encountered before. Taehyun couldn't quite put his finger on it, but he couldn't help but question if this overwhelming sensation could possibly be love.

"I'm not"

"And why is that?"

"Because you make me feel things I've never felt before" Taehyun pouted and broke eye contact with Beomgyu.

Beomgyu chuckled and put his hand on Taehyun's.

"You also make me feel things too. It's called Love"

Taehyun widened his eyes and looked at Beomgyu with rosy cheeks.

"W-what?"

"I like you romantically"

Taehyun remained silent, but he bridged the distance between them, closing the gap with determination. Suddenly, he pressed his lips firmly against Beomgyu's, initiating a passionate kiss. Beomgyu reciprocated immediately, eagerly responding to the intensity of the moment. As the kiss deepened, Taehyun gently wrapped his hands around Beomgyu's neck, intensifying the connection between them.
