we went to Bespoke All Day Cafe. Chase got coffee. I got Mango mimosa. Chase got Banana Croffle. I got Bacon and Cheese Croffle, Chocolate Croissant. then I got Steak and eggs. then we went to Hoover Dam. then we went to Pecos-McLeod Trailhead. then we went to Bears Best Trailhead. then we meet Noah at Girl Scout Trail. then we went to lunch at 1228 Main. Noah and Chase got Coffee. I got Ginger Matcha Lemonade. Noah got Pastrami Sandwich. Chase got a Coke and a Breakfast biscuit. I got Basque cheesecake and Creme Brulee Croissant. then we went Peccole Ranch Trail. then we went to Floyd Lamb Park.
then we went back to track for cup Practice. then was cup Qualifying. Ryan Preece spins early in practice as the car bottoms out in the bumps. He backs it into the wall and picks up heavy damage. A new qualifying format is in play. For those that don’t advance into round 2, Group A will set the outside row while Group B sets the inside row. Las Vegas Qualifying Results (Group A) :

Shane Van Gisbergen came out of the garage 9 minutes into practice due to some inspection issues, Anthony Alfredo got into the wall in practice when something broke.
Joey Gase had his time disallowed in qualifying for not closing the NACA duct, Justin Allgaier had a flat tire on his qualifying lap.
32 mph sustained wins, with gusts up to 65 mph.
LAP 1 Cole Custer leads field from outside, Chandler Smith second inside, AJ Allmendinger takes it three wide off turn 1, Chandler Smith takes the lead in turn 4.
LAP 4 John Hunter Nemechek up to second after starting the race in 12th.
LAP 6 Parker Retzlaff sideways in turn 4 from 10th makes hard contact with Sam Mayer damaging the LR of Parker Retzlaff and RF of Sam Mayer.
LAP 9 Sage Karam who started the race on pit road, never made a lap and was pushed to garage.
LAP 10 Aric Almirola pits for right side repairs.
LAP 14 Restart Chandler Smith leads outside, John Hunter Nemechek second inside, AJ Allmendinger takes it three wide again and John Hunter Nemechek gets stuck in the middle and drops to fifth.
LAP 20 Justin Allgaier reaches the top-10.
LAP 23 Ryan Ellis spins from 20th in turn 4 but keeps going and the race remains green.
LAP 30 Shane Van Gisbergen pits from 23rd under green with an overheating engine, crew goes under the hood, crew pushes car to garage.
LAP 45 Chandler Smith wins stage 1.

LAP 58 Austin Hill finally clears grill after dropping to 7th.
LAP 61 Chandler Smith back to 2nd after restarting 7th due to pit stop.
LAP 89 Chandler Smith catches John Hunter Nemechek.
LAP 90 Chandler Smith gets a run off turn 2 and gets position into turn 3, Chandler Smith takes the lead and wins stage 2 sweeping the stages today.

I got New York steak medium done. we all got Gelato and italian cookies. then we went back to the motor home then Cole went to his motor home to get ready to leave with Kari. then Noah left to his. I check on Mae she was asleep Kari watched her for me. then Chase and I fell asleep in our bed. hopefully Chase will win tomorrow if not him Noah.
