Yeonjun was making them breakfast when he heard their bedroom door open. He turned to look at Beomgyu who seemed extremely tired this morning.

"Hope you're hungry." He brought him a plate. "I can start some coffee for you, you seem exhausted. Has work been hard lately?"

Beomgyu gave him a look. He couldn't explain it other than the fact it gave him chills. He wasn't angry, he wasn't upset per say, he was just...there. Like a ghost of some sort.

"Can we talk?" He asked.

Yeonjun's heart started pounding as he sat across from him. "What's wrong?"

"Where were you the night of our anniversary?"

The older looked away from him and sighed.

"I got invited out for drinks. We closed a huge deal and I just...I let it slip my mind Beomgyu but I swear to you that was an accident."

Beomgyu didn't seem satisfied with the answer and that made Yeonjun feel worse.

"Yeonjun...I don't understand why you're shutting me out. You don't have dinners with me and now that you mess up you want to try and fix this over pancakes and coffee but it's not going to work."

Yeonjun held his breath.

"You need to tell me the truth. Why aren't you acting like the Yeonjun I married, you aren't the man I fell in love with."

"That's not true-"

"Yeonjun you're out all night. You don't even communicate to me about where you are what if something happens to you?"

"I'm always at the same place I thought you knew that."

"How am I supposed to know if you don't tell me? You don't talk to me at all, you don't even tell me you love me anymore! Did I do something to you? Is there a reason you're being so cold towards me?"

Yeonjun didn't know what to say and ended up not saying anything, completely shutting down on him which just made Beomgyu more upset.

"I'm not hungry." He muttered as he stood up and quickly put his shoes on leaving.

Yeonjun silently cleaned up by himself, thinking about everything that Beomgyu said and not really knowing what to do. So he called a friend.

"Hello?" The voice said over the phone.

"Hey Hueningkai."

"Hyung...hey what's wrong?"

"I need some advice about Beomgyu."

"I know about you and Beomgyu and it sounds like you hate his guts to me."

"But that's not true I...I do love him."

"So what's going on? Why are you doing the complete opposite of everything you're supposed to?" Yeonjun didn't answer and shut down again. He heard Hueningkai sigh over the phone. "...if you keep this up you're going to lose him. So if I were you, I'd come up with the most beautiful apology, have dinner with him, tell him I love him, and take him to bed so he knows sure of it."

And then he hung up, clearly out of frustration with his older friend. Yeonjun ran his fingers through his hair and also got ready for work.

He went to his job which hilarious enough was only two blocks from Beomgyu's, yet he never stopped by to have lunch with him.

He went inside and greeted the Secretary before going upstairs to the office.

Yeonjun sat down at his desk and sighed rubbing his face.
