A Memory of Two: Lost and Found

Sanem exclaims and ask him, "So, do I look magical to you?" 

Jungkook gives a smile and say with softened eyes, "That you think by yourself, what are you to me."

Sanem with an innocent face says - "I don't know, what to say?"

He takes a step closer to her and tucking a strand of her hair behind her ears, which was falling on her face, says in a soft voice, "Doesn't matter what I think about you. You are going to get engaged with Taehyung soon. So, you just prepare yourself for that." 

She stands still without any movement gazing in his eyes and whispers, "I think it's all the fault of your Boba face and doe eyes."

Jungkook raised his brows in confusion and take one more step closer to her and ask, "Means?"

To which she sigh softly, looking into his eyes and says, "That you think by yourself!!" and with this silence fell across the room.

Together, they stand in silence, their gazes locked in a silent conversation that speaks volumes without a single word being uttered. In that kitchen, with only the soft hum of the refrigerator and the gentle tick of the clock to accompany them. The air thick with unspoken words and untold emotions.

For Jungkook, standing so close to her stirs a tempest of emotions within him. He can't deny the magnetic pull he feels towards her, the way his heart races whenever he's near. It's as if he's known her for a lifetime, as if her presence awakens a long-dormant part of his soul. Yet, he suppresses these feelings, convincing himself that it's merely admiration or curiosity, refusing to acknowledge the possibility of something deeper.  

For Sanem, as she meets his gaze, her heart starts pounding like a drumbeat echoing through the room. There's something about the way he looks at her, something in the intensity of his gaze that sends shivers down her spine. His presence enveloping her in a cocoon of warmth and desire. She finds herself captivated by the depth of his eyes, the sincerity in his expression, and in that moment, she wonders what it would be like to explore this connection further.

In the quiet solitude of the kitchen, with no one else around to witness their internal struggle, they find themselves at a crossroads, grappling with the truth of their feelings. They exchange glances laden with unspoken desire, their proximity a silent testament to the undeniable chemistry between them. And as they stand there, caught between acknowledgment and denial, they can't help but wonder what might happen if they were to surrender to the undeniable pull that binds them together. 

Before they could end their eye contact, Taehyung come by searching for Jungkook and caught a glimpse of Sanem and Jungkook who were standing close just before a moment he entered kitchen. As soon as they see Taehyung, Sanem takes a step away from Jungkook but still close enough to draw concern of Taehyung. He saw Sanem and Jungkook exchange glances, their silent communication speaking volumes in the hushed atmosphere of the room.

For Jungkook, a pang of disappointment washes over him as he watches Sanem's reaction to her fiancé's arrival. He knows that their fleeting moment of connection must be set aside, buried beneath the weight of obligation and commitment.

For Taehyung, there's a flicker of confusion in his eyes as he takes in the scene before him. He feels a knot form in the pit of his stomach as he realizes the implications of seeing Sanem standing close to Jungkook. Doubt creeps into his mind, clouding his thoughts as he grapples with feelings of insecurity and jealousy.

"Hey, what's going on?" he asks, his tone laced with a touch of concern as he approaches Sanem and Jungkook who is standing in front of her.

Sanem quickly recovers her composure, plastering on a smile as she reassures him that everything is fine. Jungkook nods in agreement, though his gaze lingers on her for a moment longer, a silent acknowledgment of the unspoken connection they share.

Taehyung gives an murderous look to Jungkook and say, "Now, if you are done with banana milk, so would you come to lobby? Hyungs are already leaving."

It could be clearly sensed that he feels wounded by the sight of his Sanem's closeness with Jungkook. 

Jungkook - "Are they all leaving? Why so early?"

Taehyung raised his brows and say - "What do you mean by early? It's already 10:30 pm. Don't you want to sleep?"

Jungkook - "Oh! I didn't notice."

Taehyung - "Then try to start noticing the things which are only meant for you. Now are you leaving?"

Jungkook - "Yes. Good night. Meet you soon." He greeted both of them and left.
