A Memory of Two: Lost and Found

Love has no bars

Jungkook remains stunned and perplexed. He doesn't utter a word. He had no idea what's going on and why is Sanem at his home this morning? Before he could understand anything, she throw another question on him. 

She asks again, "tell me, why? You knew I was fiancée of Taehyung then why did you get close to me? Why? your love has ruined me. I am all shattered. Tell me what should I do?"

Jungkook remains silent. He gives her an intense glare and says, "what do you want?"

Sanem says frustratingly - "I need answer."

Jungkook holds her hands with his' and says, "you know the answer. Love has no bars. I didn't fall for you on purpose."

Sanem's anger turns into wails. She starts crying and says in her broken voice, "why? why all this happened to me? I have no one to rely on. What should I do now? Why did you come into my life? I can't love anyone now."

Her eyes fills with tears and she can't help but to let them roll down. Jungkook let out a deep sigh and hold her by waist. He put her head on his chest while gently rubbing her back he asks calmly, "so are you here to quarrel that I made you fall in love with me?"

Sanem doesn't reply. She just keep weeping. He continues, "don't cry please. I can't see tears in the eyes of the woman I love the most. I will die like this." 

He caress her hairs and says, "what disturbs you at this extent? Did Taehyung said anything?"

Sanem still doesn't reply. Then he parts her away and by cupping her face he pleads, "please, stop crying. I am here. I am yours. You are not alone." He wipes her tears and made her sit on the sofa in the living room. After some moment, when she stops crying, he kneels down in front of her and asks calmly, "now, tell me. What happened?"

She still doesn't reply so he takes her hands into his' and rubs them gently. He continues, "it's okay if you don't want to tell anything now. I am here. You can say whenever you are comfortable." With this statement he gets up and bring a glass of water for her. She takes it and calm down herself. 

After some time, Jungkook goes to kitchen and brings breakfast for her. He places the food on the table and says patiently, "remember, once you made breakfast for me? Today was my turn. See, I prepared breakfast for you. Please have it. I know you haven't eaten anything till now."

Sanem refused to eat but he sits beside her and by taking her hands into his', he says, "I am sorry."

Sanem looks at him with raised eyebrows. He continues, "I am sorry that I made you fall for me. I didn't do anything intentionally. It was just a flow of emotions. I still love you but I know you won't stay so I will not try to stop you this time."

He takes a deep breath and says, "I don't know what bothers you at this extent but I want you to move on. Please don't suffer because of me. I can't bear to see you in pain."

"Hmm...." Sanem takes a deep breath before replying.

She gets up to walk out of his house but he follows her and make her stop in middle. He asks,  "where are you going?"

Sanem replies in disappointed tone, "mhm... I think you are right. I should move on. It seems I am the one who holds onto it so long. I shouldn't have come here first. I should..."

Jungkook cuts her in middle and while holding her hands he asks a bit aggressively, "what do you mean Sanem?"

Sanem fixated her gaze on him and says, "I wanna leave now."

Jungkook - "no, you can't. Answer me first."

Sanem stays silent. He takes a pause for a moment and then explains with pleading eyes, "Sanem, please don't make it impossible for me. You have no idea how many days it takes me to get normal after that incident. At first you said me to leave you and now when I am trying my best to get normal, you again come to me. I know this time also you will leave. So, tell me what should I do now? I am left with no option rather than leaving you but still I can assure you with two things."

He takes a step closer towards her and says, "One, I love you the most. You are the sole love of my life and I am never gonna love this hard to anyone in this world. My love has no limits, even if you had Medusa's curse, I would still look into your eyes, so that my stoned body could gaze upon perfection for eternity. And second, I can assure you that whenever you'll need, I will come through all ways for you. Nothing can stop me in this world to reach to you when you need me. I am yours, all yours."

Sanem takes a deep breath and says, "I think I messed up."

"Sanem", He bores her with a serious gaze. His tone is mellow and filled with concern, "listen. You've got to make up your mind. You have a huge life ahead. You have to take decisions and the most important advise you should follow is to pour out your feelings. Don't keep it for too long otherwise it will lead to frustration and unpleasant results. Please think about it calmly. Now, tell me what do you want?"

Before Sanem could reply back, Taehyung barged into the room and see both of them standing near the entrance of living room holding hands. Sanem swallows a lump before saying but her words stuck in her mouth. Taehyung gives death stares to both of them while standing stunned at the door. He growls in anger, "what's going on here?"

Sanem freeze in her position and doesn't utter a word. She could clearly feel her heart's throbbing. It seems someone squeezes out blood from her body. Before Taehyung could reach to Jungkook to beat him to death, someone holds his arms.
