A Memory of Two: Lost and Found

Permission

Jungkook and Sanem looks at each other. Their eyes speaks volumes. They pass intense gaze to each other without bothering who are all present in the room. Taehyung moves closer to Jungkook and whispers to him, "stop staring her. She is mine."

Sanem senses the tension among them so she breaks the eye contact, but Jungkook can't help himself to look at her. Taehyung almost blocking his view and giving him murderous look repeats himself in whispering tone, "I said eyes down. Don't you dare to look her like that. I don't want your eyes on her."

Jin interrupts in between and questioned, "What you guys are talking about? Speak out loud. We can't hear you."

Taehyung - "Nothing I was just thanking him."

Namjoon - "Okay now. Taehyung, help to get up your fiancée and take her home so she could rest properly. We should also be leaving."

Suga - "But how will you go? It's not safe to take her through bike."

Jhope - "It's okay. Jungkook will send his car with them." 

And Jungkook simply nods and says, "take my car." 

Listening this, Sanem starts moving from bed but Taehyung lifts her up in his arms like a newly wed bride and everybody cheers with a shout. His face turns red and he says, "Aaisshh, stop behaving like this. I am just helping her. She must be weak enough to walk."

Sanem looks at Jungkook. His face goes pale. Seeing her in Taehyung's arms makes his heart drops. He gives a painful look at her but she avoids eye contact with him because she knew she could not have controlled herself if she looks at him now. Also, she feels embarrass that Jungkook has to watch this all. Everyone gives them way like a royal couple. Taehyung feels so relieved while carrying her in his arms. He gets followed by Jimin. When he reaches near the car, Jimin opens the door for Taehyung. He places Sanem carefully in the front seat. Then he hugs Jimin for his help and tells him to meet tomorrow but Jimin asks him to take off for few days and take care of Sanem. So, he agrees. He see them off and soon everybody left except Jimin. He stays with Jungkook and notices his sadness on his withered face.

On the way to home, Sanem asks Taehyung, "Where are Hana and Bong Cha?"

Taehyung in cold voice says - "I fired them and going to sue them tomorrow."

Sanem exclaims and says in a pleading voice, "No, don't do anything to them. It's not their fault. I asked them to go outside. They did nothing."

Taehyung - "But they told me that they forced you to go out with them."

Sanem - "That's not true. Please don't fire them. If you fire them then I swear I will not eat and drink anything."

Taehyung gives her a confused look and says, "So, you will go on hunger strike because of some maids?"

Sanem in a firm tone - "Yes."

Taehyung - "You are ridiculous. Okay, I won't fire them. But you please stop tormenting me like. You know, how much you torture me? That's not good Sanem. We are going to talk about it."

For the whole journey, they remain silent and when they reach home, Taehyung again lifts her up in his arms and carries her to his room. Sanem gives her a confused look but he doesn't care. He places her on his bed carefully. Sanem's eyes fills with questions so he says, "You are gonna stay here from now onwards." 

He quickly goes outside the room and within some minutes brings some of her clothes from her closet and places them in his wardrobe. Then he turns his head to her and says, "I am going to have shower. After that, I will prepare your bathtub so you could also take bath before sleep. It will relax you."

As soon as he goes inside bathroom, her mind stuck with the thought of staying with him from now onwards. "What does he mean? Didn't he promise me not to touch me without my permission? What is he trying to do now? And I can't sleep with him. How did he even think about it?" she mumbles to herself. Within 20 minutes, he gets out from the washroom with a towel covering his lower part. She looks him with widen eyes. She can't take off her eyes from his body. His body looks like a fine art drawn on a piece of golden paper by some great artists. 

Taehyung - "If you are done staring, then go to have bath. Your bathtub is prepared."

She nods and move to bathroom but he stops her in between and says in husky voice, "I will also come. Let me help you to take bath."

Sanem stammers and says, "N..no. I don't need any help."

But Taehyung doesn't listen and follows her to the bathroom. He says, "I didn't ask. I just offered. I will help you. And don't worry I will not see anything."

Sanem insists, "Please, I don't need any help. I will be out in 20 minutes. Wait for me."

Taehyung then leaves her. He goes out of the bathroom and Sanem peacefully bathed.

After some time, she comes out with a fresh feeling. Her body fragrances differently. She feels relax. Taehyung sees her in shirt and a short. He lifts her up in his arms and places her on bed. Then, he takes out medical kit and start applying ointments on her injuries. His eyes softens when he asks, "Did it hurt a lot?"

She nods in acceptance. When done with medicines, he put the box on the table and sits really close to her. He looks directly into her soul and says, "Sanem."

Sanem with her raised brows says because his close presence makes her uncomfortable, "Yes?"

Taehyung - "Did you try to escape?"

Sanem's eyes widens in astonishment and she explains, "No. I just wanted to go out hiding my identity and enjoy some time with myself. I never planned any escape. I didn't even think about it."

Taehyung - "You could have just informed me once. I was looking for you like crazy. If you would not have been found tonight, I would have died out of anxiety."

Sanem lowers her head and says, "Sorry."

Taehyung uplifts her chin and says, "Look into my eyes. I love you Sanem. I don't know how should I prove it to you but I really do. Your absence dropped my heart. The thought of loosing you had frozen my blood into the veins. Only I know, how I survived during these hours when you were not around."

Sanem - "I am sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you."

Taehyung - "Yet you always hurt me."

Sanem - "You said you will wait till I will permit you to touch me."
