A Memory of Two: Lost and Found

Listening this, Hana and Bong Cha give her a glance while doing the cleaning stuff. For a while, silence fell across the room. Sanem gives him a confused look but doesn't reply. After a while, Taehyung says with a fake smile, "It's okay. Don't stress yourself. If you are not comfortable then no need to force yourself." And his face withers.

Sanem - "Let me think about it. I will reply you."

Taehyung with a soft smile, "Okay, take your time."

And then, Sanem get engrossed in reading her book. All three of them, find excuses to remain with her without any interruption in her reading. After almost half an hour, she turns her attention away from the book and looks at Taehyung.

Sanem in calm voice says - "I have thought about it."

All of them immediately turns their heads towards her to listen her. 

Taehyung with curiosity asks - "What's your decision then?"

Sanem - "I will go out with you but I have a condition."

Taehyung - "What condition?"

Sanem - "If you three will stop following me everywhere, then only I will go with you."

Taehyung - "What kind of condition is this?"

Sanem - "Tell me if you agree."

Taehyung let out a sigh and says - "But what's the problem in that? We stay around you so that if you need something, we can provide you immediately."

Sanem - "But I am not good with this. It seems I am a patient who needs constant observation. I don't like this."

Taehyung in a serious tone says, "I stay with you because I want to be with you and spend as much time as possible with you. I know for the past some weeks I was quite busy and after your accident we haven't talked much about ourselves and our relationship. For these maids, I can't say anything. They are stubborn for you. They are not going to leave you. So, I would like to stay out of this matter."

Sanem sighs and says - "I am already done with you all."

Taehyung smiles and says, "It's okay. But you have to come with me. I will take you some good places."

Sanem asks in surprise - "Really?"

Taehyung - "Yes."

Sanem - "Umm... let me think about it. I will tell you soon."

As usual, Sanem is in library when Taehyung arrives. He sits across her carefully dragging a chair while she is immersed in her book until Taehyung clears his throat to distract her. She uplifts her eyelashes to face him. 

Taehyung - "you are too focused."

Sanem raises her brows and says, "thank you for compliment."

Taehyung scoffs softly and asks - "So? what have you thought?" 

Sanem in confusion asks, "About what?"

Taehyung - "the proposal I offer you last week."

Sanem gets spiraled in her own thoughts and remain silent for some moment until Taehyung snaps her out. He gives a piercing glare to her and asks, "Is anything bothering you?"

Sanem regaining her conscience says, "no, nothing."

Taehyung - "you can share if you want."

Sanem - "nothing specific."
