A Memory of Two: Lost and Found

He stays still seeing her enduring the pain. After a moment, he asks, "Are you okay?"

Sanem - "Yes, don't worry." and she starts getting up from the bed but he quickly lifts her up in his arms and asks, "Tell me, where do you wanna go? I will take you."

Sanem's eyes get widened in surprise and she gulps before saying, "Washroom."

Taehyung takes her to the washroom and places her on the sink platform. Sanem feels uncomfortable but he says, "Stay here. The platform is huge enough for you to sit and brush your teeth. He then puts toothpaste on her brush and hands over to her. They both brushed together. Then he asks, "You wanna take bath."

She nods. So, he goes near the bathtub and prepares it for her. He returns to her and lifts her up in his arms and when he reaches near the bathtub, he asks, "Do you wanna me to help you in your bath?" To which Sanem says, "No need. I will take care of it. You can leave now."

So, he follows her orders obediently. After 20 mins when she comes out in her bathing robe, he again tries to lift her up in his arms but she stops him saying, "I can take care of myself. Don't do this again and again." Taehyung stops then and there. He looks into his eyes and says, "now, you go and take shower quickly."

Taehyung silently follows her orders. When he comes out from the washroom after 15 mins, he finds Sanem brushing her hairs. He quickly changes and make hairs. Then, she starts moving out of the room so he follows her silently. She asks while walking through the corridors without looking at him as she knew he was behind her, "I am going to have breakfast. Will you join me?"

He says with a soft smile - "Happily."

Sanem doesn't answer anything. She goes to the breakfast table and the maids served for them. She asks one of them, "Where are Hana and Bong Cha? Why aren't they around?"

The maids asks in shock, "Are they still alive?"

Sanem gives her a strange look then the maid quickly apologizes saying it was a slip of tongue.

Sanem - "I don't like to repeat myself. Call them now."

Both of them reached after their breakfast. Sanem and Taehyung were sitting on couch in the lobby when with their lower heads and eyes, they confront them and bow down to them. 

Sanem - "Where were you? Why didn't you show up during the breakfast?"

They both stand silently without uttering a word. 

Sanem asks again - "I am asking something. Are you ignoring me?"

Suddenly, they both kneel down before her, lowering their heads and Bong Cha while wailing says, "We don't deserve to be your maids." And she presents an envelope before her. Hana also follows the same.

Sanem stands up to take the envelope and asks - "What is it?"

Hana while sobbing says, "Our resignations. Please accept. You deserve better maids not someone careless like us."
Sanem takes a glance and almost yells, "How dare you? First of all, you left me alone and now you are coming up with these shitty pieces of papers?

Taehyung gives her a surprise look. He didn't expect her to turn out like this. Hana and Bong Cha almost shivered when she yells. 

Sanem - "You deserve punishment."

Hana in her faltering voice, "Yes, we do."

Sanem - "So, your punishment is to stay with me forever." 

They both lifts their heads in surprise with their widen eyes. They couldn't believe what they heard. They both again lowers their heads and this time they sobs harder. Their voices could be heard all over the lobby. Sanem asks them to stand up, so they follows. They wails really hard. 

Bong Cha while weeping loudly says - "We were worried. It was all our fault. We are sorry."

Hana while sobbing says - "You never know how it felt when we found you nowhere. We were worried about how could you find the way back to home? We searched you everywhere but all in vain."

Sanem with soften eyes says, "I know. Don't blame yourself. It was hard for me as well. Stop crying."

Bong Cha while sobbing hard says, "You even got bruises because of us. Just because we failed to take care of you."

Sanem gives her a surprised look for how she notices bruises on her knees. Hana interrupts - "Even your ankles got scratched. All because of us. Earlier, you fainted also. It was all our fault. We didn't take a good care of you."

Sanem in soft voice says, "Stop overthinking. Everything is fine now. See I am here standing in front of you looking absolutely fine." 

Bong Cha - "No, you are not. I know. See, how your face has withered. It's all because of us."

Taehyung gives a close look on her face but she looks absolutely fresh and fine to him.

Sanem - "Oh! stop now. I am all okay. My face is withered because Hana didn't served me breakfast. And you, Bong Cha, you also didn't place any flowers in my room."

Her statement brings a little smile on their faces even when their eyes were red and full of tears. Sanem continues, "Take off for today and rest. But I want you both from tomorrow."

They both nod and Hana says, "Please take good care of yours. And if you need anything, please call us anytime."

Taehyung interrupts in between - "I will be with her so no need to worry. Now you both go and take rest."

They both left. Taehyung turns his face to Sanem and says, "they are sensitive for you. You made a good bond with them."

Sanem - "It was not me. It was them. They made a good bond with me. You don't know but they always hovers around me with some excuses."
