Meeting Brianna

CHAPTER 4

Niall's POV

I drove up to my small flat that I shared with my best mate Harry, after a wonderful date at Nandos with my beautiful girlfriend Brianna.

Ashley, Harry's ex girlfriend (he told me about the breakup last night) had introduced me to Brianna and after the first date, we knew we were perfect for each other. We had double dated with Harry and Ash many times and the four of us were inseparable. Until last night.

When Harry had told me what had happened last night and all that Ashley had said to him I was in complete and utter shock. I couldn't believe she faked her love for Harry all that time.

I couldn't help but feel guilty about all of this because if it wasn't for me, Ashley would have never gone out with Harry and his heart wouldn't be broken right now. As I walked into the flat, I knew I had to put on a smile for Harry's sake.

"HARRY I'M HOME!" I yelled at the top of my lungs as I bounded into the kitchen.

When I walked in, I noticed Harry sitting at our small table with a girl. I stood in the doorway and looked at her. She was beautiful, but not as drop dead gorgeous as my Brianna. I noticed her checking me out, so being the cheeky chap I am, acknowledged it.

"Like what you see babe?" I asked her with a wink. I noticed her turn a deep red and I chuckled to myself.

"Stop it mate, you're frightening the poor girl!" Harry scolded me and I pouted.

"Fine Harry." I said, still pouting, "aren't you going to introduce me to your little friend?" I teased my best mate, wiggling my eyebrows. He just rolled his eyes.

"Jennifer, this is Niall, and Niall, this is Jennifer." Harry simply said. I smiled at her. So that was her name, Jennifer.

"So Niall..." Harry asked me.

"Yeah mate?" I responded.

"Can I talk to you in private?" he asked, nodding his head, motioning towards the door to the living room.

"Sure." I replied, flashing one more smile at Jennifer before following Harry into the living room.

"What's up?" I asked him, curious.

"Well, I met Jennifer at the park last night, after Ashley broke up with me," I saw tears form in his eyes when he mentioned that, but he shook it off and continued. "And, she doesn't have a place to stay so I told her she could stay here. Is that ok with you? It's just until she finds a job and has enough money to move out." He asked me, hope sparkling in his green eyes.

"Of course Haz." I said with a smile and he gave me a relieved look. He then quickly filled me in on everything he knew about Jen, as he called her, which to my surprise, wasn't much. Wow, I thought to myself, this girl has a lot to hide.

Me and Harry walked back into the kitchen and I grabbed the phone, dialling Brianna's number. Harry and I had made plans to go shopping in an hour and he thought that Jen might want a female companion so I was going to ask Brianna if she wanted to tag along. I still can't believe Jen doesn't have any clothes.

My thoughts were interrupted as my girlfriend picked up on the third ring.

"Hello?" She asked. Her voice was so angelic.

"Hi babe." I said, smirking away. I could hear Harry telling Jen the plans as Brianna's voice came over the phone again.

"Oh hey Ni! I didn't realise it was you! What's up?" She asked and I quickly filled her in and she said of course she would come shopping with us.

"Alright babe, I'll see you in 20" I said, making a kissing noise into the phone.

"K see you then Ni." Then the line went dead. I smiled, thinking about seeing my girlfriend again. We had been dating for about 7 months now and I was absolutely head over heels in love with her.

"So?" Harry asked me, wondering about Bri's response.

"She said yes!" I said excitedly to him, a smile never leaving my face.

"Ok then, lets get going!" Harry said while clapping his hands together.

We grabbed our coats, (well except Jen who didn't have one) and went out to the car, Harry jumping in the drivers seat while Jen and I sat in the back.

We chatted about the randomest things the whole way there and when we arrived at the mall, I saw Brianna waiting for us. She looked as gorgeous as ever. Her medium length, wavy hair was blowing in the wind, showcasing her beautiful blue eyes that sparkled in the sunlight. She wore a pair of tight skinny jeans, and a flowey pink top. I ran out of the car and kissed her on the lips.

Sparks flew, like always, but we were forced to break away from each other when Harry cleared his throat from behind us.

"Shall we go in?" He asked and we all nodded.

Brianna and I walked into the mall, hand in hand. God, I loved that girl so much.

Brianna's POV

I stood at the mall entrance, awaiting my amazing boyfriend, Niall and his two friends. I wore a pair of dark skinny jeans that showcased my curves and my favorite flowey pink top.

As I waited, I couldn't help but feel sorry for Harry, and every time I saw him, I would be reminded of the pain I brought him.

The only reason that my best friend, Ashley went out with the poor guy is so I could get close to Niall, which I did. She is amazing to do that for me and to kind of sacrifice Harry's feelings for mine and Niall's. I loved Harry for that too. But I couldn't help but feel bad about the whole thing.

I noticed a car coming towards the mall and a smile plastered on my face. I knew who was in that car before they were in sight. It was Harry, some girl Harry met yesterday, I think her name is Jennifer, and my Niall.

Before I knew what was happening, Niall was out of the car, in my arms, and kissing me, so passionately, and sparks were flying everywhere. I loved him so much.

Harry cleared his throat making us break apart.

"Shall we go in?" Harry asked us. We both answered with a nod.

Me and Niall walked into the mall, hand in hand. I loved him so freaking much it wasn't even funny.

Hey guys! So I know this chapter is short and I'm sorry about that but some people (you know who you are) have been bugging me to update even though I updated yesterday. I promise the next chapter will be longer and I'll try to get that done by Sunday.
