Twenty four

Sophia's p.o.v.          7 months later

It's been 7 months after magcon. Shawn and I are still best friends and me and Jacob are still relationship strong! Today was our 7 Month anniversary! He was taking me some where that was a surprise.  I put on my dark gray colored shorts and a navy blue tank top. He told me to dress comfy so this seemed comfy. I was straightening my hair and Seth walked in.
"Hey Jacobs here." He said
"Ok I'm almost ready!"
He rolled his eyes and walked down stairs. I finished a few minuets later. I walked downstairs and Jacob was holding a teddy bear with the message it read "you're the first  and last thing I think about everyday and every other thought in between." I started tearing up. He gave me a big hug.
I handed him a small box and he also handed me a small box. We smiled and opened them at the Same time. My eyes were wide when I seen the gold chain with a diamond and ruby heart on it.
"Oh my gosh! Thank you!" I said wrapping my arms around his neck
"Your welcome babe! thank you! I love my watch!" He said squeezing me
"Be back by 11:00." My dad said sternly as we walked out the door
"Yes sir!" Jacob said
We got in his car and he started driving.
"Please tell me where we are going!" I begged
"Nope!" He said grinning
I sighed. A few minuets later we pulled into a old movie theater.
"Oh my goodness I didn't know this was even here!" I said
"Yep! I came here all the time when I was a kid!"
We walked inside and the titanic was playing. We walked in to our movie room and we were the only ones there.

After the movie was over we went and grabbed a bite to eat. We just drove through subway and went down to the beach.
"Thank you so much for today! I'm really going to miss you when you have to leave for magcon again!" I said cuddling into him.
"You're welcome babe! Let's not think about that ok!" He said pulling me closer
I nodded. I looked at the time and it said 10:25.
"We better go, before my dad gets mad!" I said
He nodded and we got up. We were walking to the car when Jacob stopped.
"C'mon we are going to be late!" I said
"I don't feel well!" He said
"What's wrong!" I said a little scared
"I I I.. Have a bad pain in my chest!" He said falling to the ground
I ran to his side. I got my phone and called 911.

The ambulance got there and I got on with him. I had called my dad and his mom. I was really scared. We got to the hospital fast and I had to stay in the waiting room. I started crying. I stated thinking about life with out him. The door swing open and interrupted my thoughts. Dad and Jacobs mom came in.
"Where's my baby boy!" She said
"He is in there they won't let anyone go in!" I said back
She started crying and I hugged her.

About 2 hours later which felt like 2 decades the doctor let us come in.
"2 at a time please!" The doctor said
We nodded and me and Becky (Jacobs mom)walked in.
"It looks like Jacob has cardiac angiosarcoma." Dr.kelly said
"What is that!" I said not understanding
"Sarcomas are rare types of cancers that develop in the supporting or connective tissue of the body such as muscle, bone, nerves, cartilage, blood vessel, and fat. This particular type of angiosarcoma, starting in the atrium of the heart is hardly ever seen." Dr.kelly said
"So, you're telling me that my son has cancer!" Becky yelled
"I'm afraid so." Dr.kelly said putting his head down
"WHAT! Will he live! How did this happen!" I yelled with tears pouring out
"With this type of cancer, rarely anyone survives. I'm so sorry but he has at the most 2 weeks left."
"NOOOOO! He can't die! Please help him! do something!" I yelled
"I'm sorry there's nothing we can do." He said walking out
"No!no!no! This is not happening!" Beck said shaking her head
I hugged her. They wheeled Jacob in since he was in the other room. I hugged him so tight not wanting to let go. Then his mom did.
"I love you so much! You can't leave!" She said crying
"I love you too!" He said smiling
He looked at me and stood up
"What are you doing!" I said
"I can walk babe!"
I ran and hugged him. Knowing that that he won't be here much longer!
"Baby, I love you more than anything in the world! Even if I'm not on the earth I will always be with you!" He said crying
"I know! I just don't want to live with out you!" I said crying on his arm
