Chapter 1- Kuroko Miyuki

Kuroko~~

"All right, after two laps you can have a break." announced Coach.

Kuroko rummaged in his bag to have a quick drink, when he noticed his phone buzzing.

From: Miyuki

To: Kuroko Tetsuya

Subject: Airport!!

Tetsu, I've come back from America!! Can you come and pick me up at around 4pm?? Thanks!!

Can't wait to see you,

Miyuki

"Kuroko! What are you doing? Get on with it, or I'll make you do four!!" shouted Coach.

It was 2pm now. He still had time.

"Okay."

Kuroko set down his drink bottle and phone before sprinting after the others.

3pm

"Coach?" said Kuroko.

"Hmm?"

"Can I leave now?"

"Why?"

"I have to go to pick someone up. I'll come back at 5."

Coach sighed. "Alright. You better not be late!!"

Kuroko nodded in agreement, before heading towards the locker room.

4pm

Kuroko sipped on his vanilla shake, waiting for her to come out. It had been a while since he had seen her, about 3 years.

"Tetsu-kun!!"

Kuroko turned to see Aomine and Momoi heading towards him.

"Momoi-san? Aomine-kun? What are you doing here?"

"We've come to see Yuki-chan of course!" said Momoi.

"She called you?" asked Kuroko.

"I think she called all of us.." said Aomine, gesturing towards them.

Akashi, Murasakibara, Midorima and Kise were walking towards them.

"Hello." said Akashi.

They all lounged on the seats.

"Is she here yet?" asked Kise.

Kuroko shook his head.

They waited. And waited. And waited.

"Tetsu!" squealed a voice.

Kuroko turned to see a girl with long, light-blue hair bouncing towards him.

"Yuki-chan!" exclaimed Momoi, squeezing the girl hard.

She giggled. "I missed you all!!"

Kuroko checked the time. It was 4:30!! Coach was going to kill him... With a Boston Crab...

"We should head back now." he said. "You can go home now."

Kise shook his head firmly. "We're coming with you. It's been a while since I've seen Kagamicchi anyway."

The others all agreed.

"Fine." said Kuroko.

5:30pm

"Kuroko!" yelled Coach. "You're late!!"

Kuroko backed away. "I'm sorry."

Coach sighed in exasperation. "Well, we're on a break anyway."
