Daniel and I stepped away from car staring at the huge house in front of us.
"Harrison will take Alice inside" Steven paused " In the morning we will have a meeting of why you're here" he said as he walked away into the house.
Daniel was the first to look at Harrison as he stepped out of the car.
Harrison doesn't look any older than Alice and I but his body was very built and sculpted.
Harrison opened the back door. When he finally reappeared again, he held Alice over his shoulder "Hey. Follow me with your stuff" he said as he led the way to the door.
The walk from the car to the door felt endless. I could feel fear creep up on me as I remembered everything that happened.
When Harrison walked inside the house, I could help but notice it wasn't extravagant or screaming wealth.
Harrison must've read my mind because he wore a smirk on his face as he asked "Guess, you expected fancy?".
Daniel looked at me as I nodded nervously.
The house honestly looked comfy with the brick design on the cream wall and wooden floor with carpets. It's strangely inviting.
"You guys will sleep in the living room tonight. In the morning, I'll fix the three spare rooms upstairs" Harrison said as he laid Alice's body on a couch close to a wide window.
Daniel and I nodded. "Also" Harrison poked my nose as I scrunched my face and stepped away "Tomorrow you start living as pack members so you will train with me. But this time Daniel leave your silver shit far away from me. Got it?" Harrison hissed in Daniel's face.
"Crystal" Daniel bluntly replied with a frown.
Harrison smirked as he walked up the stairs "Well, good night". he waved.
When he was out of earshot, Daniel turned to me "I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight" he whispered.
I looked at him worried "No! Go to sleep. Tomorrow is probably going to be tough and it's another day so maybe it will be better."
The living room was rounded room with small pebbles in the walls but was oddly comfy with two couches, a coffee table and the fire place in the left corner.
Daniel sighed as he sat on the floor with his back leaning on the couch close to the fire place.
I shut off the lights and lay down underneath Alice was slept . The carpet felt warm on my skin that it replace the need for a blanket altogether.
"Night Austry" Daniel whispered.
"Night. Don't worry everything will be okay" I said with my back turned away from Daniel.
"As long as both of you are okay, it will be" he replied before I heard soft snores.
I felt my eyes becoming heavy until my mind drifted away.
