Chapter 30

"Wake up." I heard someone say, shaking my shoulder.

I opened my eyes and saw Uncle Harry there. What's he doing?

"Why are you waking me up?" I asked tiredly.

"You have to come with me today." He said.

"Why?" I asked.

"I told Micheal that you could help him around. He has about all classes with you." Uncle Harry said.

"But it's too early to deal with his protection." I said, putting my face back in my pillow.

"I know, pumpkin. Come on though." He said, rubbing my back a little.

I nodded and got out the bed. I went towards my closet and picked out an outfit.

Once I was done getting ready, I went downstairs to eat some cereal or something.

"Morning." I said when I got in the kitchen.

I saw that only Dad and Uncle Harry were up.

"Morning." They said. I looked at the clock and saw that it was six.

He must have woke me up at 5:30. Ew.

"What time do we have to leave?" I asked, pouring some cereal into my bowl.

"About 10 minutes." Uncle Harry said.

I nodded and sat by Dad, eating my cereal. He took a drink of his tea, and looked at me.

"So, Michael switched to your school." Dad said. I nodded.

"I know." I said.

"I'm going to have him watch over you." He said. I sighed, and shrugged.

"I figured you would." I said. He nodded.

"That's why he's in most of your classes." Dad said.

"Okay." I said.

This will suck.

"Ready to go?" Uncle Harry asked. I nodded, and grabbed my stuff.

I hugged and kissed Dad goodbye, and went out to the car with Uncle Harry.

"So, what exactly is going to happen when we get there?" I asked.

"When we get there, I just want you to show him where his classes are. Which are basically your classes. And then just go and sit in class." He said. I sighed.

"I don't mind him moving here, but he's just gonna always be looking over me." I said.

"I know. And that makes us a little more happy because we know that you'll be protected." He said.

"But I don't need it." I said.

I already have him looking over me like a hawk. And Jack. The last person I need is Micheal.

And all of my classes have a little bit of each year in it.

So I get why a junior is in my class. Jack and Micheal are in most of my classes.

This won't be good.

"I get that. But it makes us feel better." He said.

When we got there, we got out of the car and went to his office.

"Hey guys." Uncle Harry said walking into his office to see them there.

"Hey guys. Hey Eve!" Aunt Ruth said, coming over and giving me a hug.

"Hey." I said, smiling when we pull away.

"Hey." Micheal said, coming over and giving me a hug.
