One name. Two names, three then four. It's like my hand can't stop. I look at the faces of my victims as I write their names in my Death Note. These pathetic creatures, they don't even know what going to happen to them.
" Soohyun? Would you stop writing in your diary and pay attention to the lesson?" My math teacher Mr. Sung said. I quietly groan but put my notebook away. In less than a minute the four victims I wrote down with die in the specif way I wrote their death to be. One will die by a car, the other by getting shot and so on. It's not like I have a choice. As the daughter of the death god of the under world, it's my duty to kill the humans that have run out of life span. I just know exactly when they have to go. The bell finally rings and I quickly walk out of my class room. I hate having to blend in with the mortals. But what father says goes, not like I have a choice.
" Hey Soohyun." Sun Hee said with a devilish grin. I can't help but grin back. Being a vampire, Sun Hee understood me. She knew it was my job to kill certain people at certain times.
" I could see you having fun with that notebook of yours." Sun Hee remarks with her pointed fangs flashing at me. I laugh.
" Yep. How's your wolfboyfriend?" I ask her. She turns slightly red as she smiles shyly.
" Seungcheol's good. And he's such a good guy." She mutters under her breath. I snicker at her. She's so in love. My eyes wonder around the hall until I spot a a familiar long haired boy. Yoon Jeonghan, aka the angel. He gets in my way sometimes, saving my victims claiming that they still had time left. We don't exactly meet eye to eye, but I can't help but be attracted to him. He's talking with a swarm of human girls around him. I glare in their direction. Oh how I wish I could write all their names into my note book. If only I weren't a devil, then maybe I'd have a chance with him.
" You look like you're stalking a piece of meat." A voice says from behind me. I look to see Wen Junhui, Sun Hee's best friend. I roll my eyes.
" Whatever. Don't you have some girl to charm and then feed on or something." I ask as he growls at me. I smirk slightly.
" Hey you two, stop that. I have to meet my wolf so I'll see you two later." Sun Hee said walking away from us. I wave as Jun trails after her. I then start walking down the hall while looking at a list of the next humans who have to go. I suddenly bump into something and fall on my butt. I look up to see Jeonghan with his eyes wide.
" Are you okay?" He asks slightly worried. He extends his hand to help me up.
" I-I'm fine." I said blushing as I take his hand. Once I stand up he picks up my list, slightly frowning before giving it to me.
" Don't give me that look...You know it's my job." I mutter. Jeonghan shakes his head.
" Yeah...And Yeri doesn't have to die yet by the way." Jeonghan said looking at me. I feel my face redden as he walks away. I growl slightly as I scribble Yeri's name out. She was the main brat who was always flirting with Jeonghan. I walk out of the hall and head towards the roof. I then unfold my large black wings and fly up into the sky. I then start thinking about Jeonghan again. Why couldn't he love me back. I can only dream of him accepting my demon and would still love me. I make my way towards my neighbor hood, landing a block away.
" Oh angel who haunts my mind, why can't you learn to love me the way I love you." I thought out loud as I walk towards my street.
" Well, if you actually told me, I would consider it." I instantly turn around and freeze where I was standing.
There in his angelic state was Jeonghan.
