Waking up to the sound of thunder wasn't how you wanted to start your day. Jumping up at the loud sound you, try to calm down your heart as it beats rapidly. Looking at your the empty spots at your sides, you knew your boyfriends had already left to go to work. Groaning, you drag yourself out of bed, getting ready for the day, even thought its so gloomy and dark out. The thunder and lighting don't stop as you make yourself coffee, the rain drops sound like bullets hitting the roof. With an extremely loud clap of thunder, the power goes out.
" Fuck." You thought as you use your phone as a flash light. You manage to get to your couch, now that the powers off, the house grows cold and you cuddle a blanket.
Suddenly, the front door unlocks and you hear somebody enter the house.
" Y/N? Baby we're home!" Mingyu calls. You jump up from where you're at, grabbing your flash light and walking over to meet him and Joshua, who are soaked.
" Omigod, you two are going to get sick!" You exclaim as they each peck your cheeks.
" I know, I tried telling Gyu to take an umbrella but he didn't listen to me." Joshua said. You laugh as you lead them to the bedroom. Taking out fresh clothes for the both of them, you demand them to change and dry up.
" Let me guess, the power outage caused you guys coming home so early huh?" You said as you rub a towel down Mingyu's back.
" Yeah, manager hyung and Coups saw no point in practicing with all the lights out." Joshua said as he runs a towel through his hair.
" In a way I'm really happy, now we can spend time together." You said happily. Joshua chuckles slightly as you dry his back now.
" What should we do?" He asks just as Mingyu gasps, an idea coming to him.
" What if we build a fort in the living room? And we can light a bunch of candles that you have." Mingyu suggests as you nod in agreement. Joshua smiles at the two of you, and agrees.
Once they're dressed, you light the candles in the kitchen and grab a bunch of pillows from the bedroom. When you get to the living room, Mingyu and Joshua are already constructing the fort.
" Mingyu don't lean the cushion like that!" Joshua complains from inside the fort.
" Okay, jeez, sorry.." Mingyu grumbles. You laugh as you help finish the fort, then get into it, laying in the middle.
" Hurry Gyugyu, we need cuddles." You call to him. He shuffles around outside the fort before crawling into the space with you and Joshua. Feeling safe and warm with the boy sandwiching you, turn to place a kiss on Joshua's lips and then on Mingyu's.
" I love you guys." You said.
" We love you too Y/N." The boys said just a loud clap of thunder make the three of you scream. Laughing, Mingyu scoots closer to you and Joshua reaches over to hold his hand. Smiling to yourself, you can't help but thank the rain.
