" Y/N!!" A chorus of voices erupt as you walk into Seventeen's dance room. The a/c blasting on high makes the hair on your neck stick up slightly, they were practicing their routine until they saw you. Grinning, you go to hug each one of the boys, except one, Jeonghan. The only thing he does to greet you is a small wave from where he's sitting. A slight frown appears on your features, but you shake it off, not wanting for the others to notice. You're not sure why Jeonghan is so distant from you, you getting along with every other boy, but when the two of you got introduced, he seemed slightly cold and distant. You've wondered if maybe he hated you, but then clear out the thought, why would he? You've certainly haven't done anything to offend him, right?
" Y/N, pay attention!" Hoshi said snapping you back into reality. You smile sheepishly, mumbling a "sorry" as you feel heat rush to your face from embarrassment. Watching the boy practice their new song was always enjoyable, your eyes always seemed to pay specific attention to one boy in particular, Jeonghan. Feeling butterflies dance in your stomach, you feel a large grin creep onto your face watching the older boy dance. Although he seemed not to like you much, you had to admit you fell head over heels for him, his angelic like face as well as his sweet personality with his members always made you swoon slightly. The music stops as the boys finish off with their poses, clapping loudly you stand with a smile.
" You guys are always amazing!" You said sincerely. The boys smile and whoop with happiness as you hand them the water you had brought.
" Who did the best Y/N?" Dino asks as you give him his water.
" Oh, Jeonghan always is." You hear yourself reply. Realizing what you just said, you shoot your eyes to Jeonghan, he was looking straight at you with a slight pink tint on his cheeks. You gulp as you hear the boys start to laugh and make comments, a flood of embarrassment washes over you, your stomach churns making you feel sick. Jeonghan suddenly walks over to you, taking your hand he leads you out of the room and up towards the roof. Hands clammy, face burning and stomach doing flips was not how you wanted Jeonghan to see you.
" W-why did you bring me here?" You ask as calmly as you could. Internally you were freaking out, what if he came here to yell at you, or to tell you not to compliment him ever again? Even just imagining it, you could feel your throat ache from the lump forming.
" Y/N..." Jeonghan starts. You look at him and notice that once again his cheeks were painted with a pink tint.
" Y-yes?" You ask softly.
" Stop doing that." The long haired boy said. Confused, you look at him with your eyes widen slightly.
" What are you-
" Stop being so adorable alright? I can't take it anymore. Don't you see I like you? It kills me every time you do something cute." Jeonghan said with his face now red. You stare at him, now your cheeks redding, and your palms even more clammy than before.
" W-wait. You like me?" You ask slowly.
" I just said so didn't I?"
" But why were you so distant?" You ask him with a slight frown. Jeonghan turns his eyes away, looking at the colorful sky as the sun is now setting.
" Because, I was too shy and nervous to be around you. I literally couldn't take it." The boy replies. Giggling you walks towards him, his eyes widen as you stop directly in front of him.
" Well, that's okay. Because I like you too." You said ignoring the tumbling in the pit of your stomach. Now his eyes were even bigger than before as you reach up to give him a chaste kiss on his lips, he looks at you with his angelic smile before giving you another kiss.
" Well, now we have to break the news to the others." Jeonghan said with a grin. You bury your face into his chest and groan slightly.
" You just ruined the moment, and the boys are not going to be happy..." You reply as Jeonghan laughs. Together, hand in hand you walk back to the practice room.
