" Perfect." You thought as you wrapped the small gift box. Today is your husband's birthday, and you have a very special surprise for Seungcheol. Instead of buying him a present, you figured that this was a good way to tell him that you were twelve weeks pregnant. Putting a small bow on the gift box, you lay it at his place on the table in your large kitchen, then proceed to make Seungcheol a birthday breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The savory smell of the bacon wakes your sleeping husband, he walks to you as your back is turned, wrapping his arms around your waist, his head resting on your shoulder.
" Happy birthday to you babe!" You said with a grin as Seungcheol pecks your cheek. You hear him hum in response, he still isn't fully awake just yet.
" Why don't you sit at the table, I'll bring over your food." You said.
" Thank you baby." He murmurs in your ear before walking to the table. " Babe what's this? I thought I told you no presents!" You hear from the other side of the kitchen, butterflies dance in your stomach as you walk over to the table, setting down the plate in front of your wide eye husband.
" Well, aren't you going to open it?" You ask trying not to sound eager. Eying Seungcheol as he slowly unwraps the gift box, you feel your heart beat quicken, feeling it caught up in your throat.
" OH MY GOD." Seungcheol exclaims while looking at the content in the box. Looking from you to the box, his eyes are huge, jaw hanging. " No! No! Really!? Are you really pregnant!?" Seungcheol asks rushing over to you. Smiling from ear to ear you nod, you grab the box, holding up the ultrasound picture of your little one.
" Yes, this is real babe." You said. Seungcheol picks you up by the waist, swinging you around as you still smile widely. He sets you down gently, hugging you tightly, looking up at him you see his eyes slightly watered. You smile, wiping his eyes, getting overwhelmed with happiness, your eyes water as well.
" We're having a baby!! This is the best birthday ever!" He said immediately capturing your lips, his soft warm lips kiss you so lovingly, you can't help but keep smiling.
" I love you Seungcheol, I'm glad you like your present." You said after pulling away.
" I love you too, and our little baby. I have to go tell the guys! Their going to be uncles! I'm going to be a dad!" Your husband exclaims loudly before rushing out the door in his pajamas. You laugh loudly and go after him. This by far was the best present idea ever.
