"No I am not" he argues

"Yes you are, the angel of darkness is meant to be chaos to the land, to destroy everything, to ruin people's lives, what you are doing is exactly what the dark angel is said to do" I reply

"What proof do you have?" He asks, slapping me again, what is with him?

"Remember they prophecy?" I ask and he shakes his head, of course not

"Out of a family of good, a dark angel will rise, blood will be spilled, but the dark angel will not be who you think it is, so beware, that's the prophecy" I tell him

"Yeah, and?" He asks, sometimes I wonder if he has any brains

"It states that it will not be the obvious choice, which is me" I tell him

"Oh, but it can't be me" he says

"And why not?" I ask

"Because all I've done is help everyone" he replies

"No you haven't, people are miserable, that we're happy with how I ruled, that hate you and your ancestors for controlling them, they will retaliate until they get treated by equals" I snap

"By them I mean the woman who are much better the boys because we are smarter, nicer, more hard working and the only reason why this empire hasn't fallen is because we've worked hard to save it, holding on to the hope that you will appreciate us instead of using us for your dirty work" I tell at him, kicking him really hard making him double over in pain

"Guards!" He yells and they come charging in

"Tie her up tighter" he orders and they do

As he is about to leave he leans down and whispers in my ear, threatening me

"If you ever tell anyone about who the dark angel really is, I will torture you slowly until you die"

"And exactly how do you do that?" I ask distracting him, while I figure out a way to get out of things

"You'll just see" he says and walks out

"Your majesty, what do you want us to do with her?" One of the guards asks

"I think the townspeople need to learn what happens to traitors and rebels, an execution will do" he says without blinking or showing any emotion

"When?" The other asks

"How about sundown tomorrow" Camion says and they both bid and go back to their posts

I have to get out of here

"You can't just kill everyone who you are scared of!" I yell after him

"Oh shut up little sis!" He yells back, I guess he just blew his cover

"Your his sister!?" The guards asks, bewildered

"Oh yeah" I reply

"Disgraceful, should've known that family was hiding something disgraceful" the taller one mutters louder enough for everyone in this floor to hear

"Liqueur omu apresto" I say loudly and they both blow up

"Where is she?" Evelyn asks, panicking

"Calm down, she'll be around here somewhere" Alyssa replies, trying to calm her down

"No she isn't! It feels like she's in deep trouble" Evelyn snaps

"Look, this isn't helping" Harper says

"Maybe she got lost or got sidetracked?" I suggest

"She wouldn't get lost and she doesn't get sidetracked" Blaire says

'Maybe she got caught' Harper says in my mind

'Yeah, maybe, but what are the chances?' I say

'Very slim' she replies

"We have to go back there" Evelyn decides

"No we can't, we'll get caught and what good will that do?" Alyssa argues

"Why don't we come up with a plan first" I suggest, already sick of their argument

"Yes let's" Harper agrees

"That's a great idea, one that would you would expect to come out of any of our mouths not the good one's" Alyssa says

"Plan what?" Evelyn asks

"What happened to Alyssa?" I ask noticing that she's missing

"Help!" We hear her scream from the distance

"Hurry" Evelyn says urgently and we take off running

I hope we're not too late

By the time we get there, she is already gone

Now we have to rescue her and Crimson

"We'd better hurry" Harper says, Evelyn doesn't seem to hear her and I don't bother replying

"Come on, there's nothing we can do now" I say sadly, turning around and soon they follow behind me, lost in their thoughts
