A/N: I'm really feeling this whole deal, seriously. I got 30 views and that's, like, the most I've gotten on a chapter this far into a story. I salute you guys.

There's a bit of a R-rated scene, but, although I don't condone little children reading it, I'd prefer older readers do read it. It's not all sexy-times, there's also important information.

Thanks for listening to my babbles...

Enjoy (;

"Bro! Your room is like a hundred degrees!" A voiced screamed, breaking me out of sleep. A pillow slammed against my face and I groaned, sitting up. Once she saw me open my eyes, she was gone with a, "Wake up!"

The reason my room was 'like a hundred degrees' was because I felt like I did the last time I woke up. In heat. I can't imagine how Livator is feeling right now. 'He's probably sad and scared!' Okay, true but- 'We should go to him right now!' Shaking my head, I heard my wolf whimper and claw at me. Guilt weighed heavily on my shoulders as I slipped on a t-shirt and some random jeans after showering. I even brushed my teeth sadly.

Even when I was down, I hurried to get out of the house. I gobbled down whatever my mother gave me and waved goodbye. It felt weird walking to school without my backpack. I'd left it in my locker when I met Livator so if I had an homework, I'd get shit on in class.

Pushing up my glasses on my nose, I jumped up the steps, fresh air coming from the inside of the school. Before I got to step in though, Thomas grabbed my arm, swinging me to the side of the bustling kids hurrying to get inside.

"You better have a good explanation for not answering my calls." He growled, slapping my chest. I smiled briefly, sniffing again. It was definitely coming from inside. "Hey! Over here." He snapped his fingers in front of my face.

I sighed, "I met my mate yesterday." Smiling couldn't be helped.

Thomas nodded, "Yeah, I heard. A guy, right?"

Still smiling, I nodded, "Yep."

"Who?"

My smile dropped. Thomas was my friend, one of my best, but...I don't know if I can tell him. "I-I can't say."

He raises a brow, "A secret relationship then, huh?" He does a weird impression of those types of investigators on TV, "I guess I'll have to find out for myself."

I shrugged, "I mean, man, if you want to, but I'll stab you like Hannibal if you hurt him."

His eyes widened but he nodded nonetheless, "Agreed." Then his face fell to an angry one again, "Still, why didn't you at least read my texts?"

Gesturing towards the school, I still smelled fresh rain on a sunny day, but it was getting fainter. "I ditched after lunch, left my bag here."

Thomas started for the entrance, laughing excitedly, "I can't wait for Mrs. Jefferson to go ape-shit on you." This time my eyes widen and he laughs hysterically. Looks like I'm dying today because of a worksheet on the tundras of South Africa. If there's such a thing...

After surviving Mrs. Jeffersons wrath, it was lunch and I was about to explode with excitement. "Hey, stop smiling, you're freaking me out." Red leaned away from me as we slip out of Social Studies, walking with a crowd down the hall.
