first person point of view. And more on narrating, less dialogues.
For those who would like to start writing, my message is:
just write. Don't mind the number of reads, votes, and comments.
Writing tips:
As much as possible, avoid putting emoticons, and words such as "LOL", "Hahaha!", etc. Mind your grammar (good grammar is sexy, yes?). Don't forget the small details (time of the day, scent of your character, character's length of hair, her/his eye color, etc.). Also, don't explain; you have to trust your readers.
