Collin's Pov: That was coldness I saw in his eyes, I haven't seen it before and I've know Iris for the longest time. Iris was angry, Iris was never good at controlling his anger and never tried hiding his anger. In that moment I knew he would kill but he resisted due to the fact that he wanted to make them suffer as much as possible. Ellie had bought Carter and Jacob to an abandoned warehouse where he kept them hostage until one of us were ready to participate in getting answers.
I remember one day when we were in high school, Iris had been so angry that my mother had hit me that he almost killed her. Iris lashed out on her, going wild. That was the last time my mother ever laid a hand on me. It was also the last time my mother ever spoke to me. Iris was always, always the protective one. Right now he was protecting all of us. Showing no emotions, no pain and no weakness.
"We didn't do anything." Jacob gritted out, speaking for both him and Carter. "You have the wrong people."
"And you broke out of a maximum prison, so tell me. How did you do it?" Iris looked over to Carter. "Tell me Carter, how did you manage to break him out? Did he use you to, are you under his spell. He makes you believe you two are mates."
"Don't talk to him." Jacob yelled. "Carter has nothing to do with this-"
"Oh Carter has everything to do with this, he is the one that broke you out. In order to take revenge? Some sick twisted way, you stole two lives from us." Iris held a blade in one hand, clutching it tightly, shaking.
"We had nothing to do with that. I know I haven't given you a reason to trust me but Carter helped me, helped me see-"
"Cut the bullshit. This is reality. You killed two people and you are not getting away with it. I see that Carter is the most important thing to you." his eyes had this glint to them, an evil glint. Turning towards Carter.
"Don't you dare." Jacob warned. But what could he do, he was tied down to a metal bed, he was helpless. Like Nathaniel and Dominic had been. Now Jacob was getting a taste of his own medicine. Someone hurting who he loved. Iris pushed the blade into Carter's stomach. Twisting it through. "NO!" Jacob struggled on the bed, twisting and turning. "No, please. Torture me. Not Carter." he looked on the edge of tears.
"Are you going to talk, tell us how you escaped and planned your revenge?" Iris questioned, keeping a grip on the blade inside Carter's stomach while Carter bit his lip tightly, tears streaming down his face. But Carter did his best to not scream, instead he painfully bit his lip and most likely his tongue too. It looked really painful, but he really deserves it. The pain he is going through because he caused us pain. The only way to hurt Jacob was to hurt Carter, so we hurt Carter.
Jacob still refused to speak. "You better get talking or you'll be faced with something you won't like." Iris bitter words sank seemed to sink into Jacob's brain.
"I told you, we know nothing. The reason we were picking up the weapons was to defend ourselves. Nothing more, nothing less." Jacob said, he looked pretty truthful but then who would have done this. That was the questioned that rolled around our minds. I don't think we have that many enemies, we are very well loved. I'm not being full of myself, but it is the truth. Who would want harm on us? We help everyone.
Timothy's POV: "Where. Are. They" I demanded. "I've been held back long enough but now I know you guys are hiding something from me. So you either tell me or I will somehow find out myself. I swear." I shouted at Nathaniel. "What happened to sticking together? We were doing so fine until you guys decided to keep secrets from me."
Nathaniel didn't say anything still. I mentally yelled and walked away from the living room up to my bedroom. Or the guestroom is what that is. Everyone is getting on my nerves. Something is going on that they don't want to let me know. I am sick of this, I just wanted to know what the hell was going on. Hearing the knock on my door I push the dresser in front of the door. I am being childish, I know that much. But they all know something I don't and it's not something I like. Closing my eyes and sighing. "Timothy open the door right now." Nathaniel warned. "Stop being a child." he snapped.
"Oh so now I'm being a child? Fine, I'll stop being a child. I'll go make a secret of my own in the city and I won't tell you all." I growled, while opening the window and hopping down. As I was about to make a break for it, someone wrapped their hands are me.
"Not so fast tiger." Dominic said while holding me tightly. I struggled against his hold.
"Let go of me!" I pushed back on him as he still didn't let me go. "Dominic I am warning you." Pushing back, making him hit the side of the wall. But he still didn't let go.
"I am warning you too Timothy. Calm down."
"How do you want me to calm down!? How?" Soon enough I stopped struggling and felt tears flooding my eyes. "I just to know what's going on. I thought we were going to be a family but it can't even work out if trust doesn't come along with it. I'm sorry-"
"Stop being stupid Timothy. You won't to know. Fine." Dominic threw me over his shoulder and met up with Nathaniel who only smirked while shaking his head. "Iris won't be too happy."
**
"What did you two thing by bringing him here!?" Iris growled, his eyes glowing with anger. He was covered in blood and angry. What the hell is going on?
"He was getting to upset." shrugged Nathaniel. "Look Iris. Timothy was really worried okay, so how about you suck up your dirty little secret and tell him. He won't care." I folded my arms and looked at Iris waiting for him to tell me. Iris sighed, telling me everything about Carter and Jacob. How he was torturing them into getting answers from them.
"So where are they."
"You don't care?" Iris questioned.
"Of course not. They took away my son and granddaughter. Make them suffer."
